If I could give 0 stars I could. We waited over 2 hours for our pizza and we called and they told us we were next but no pizza ever came. I don’t see any reason pizza would take almost 3 hours to arrive. Do not order from Cassanos!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I had the option!!!! I ordered my pizza at 7 pm and called around 9 they said the pizza would be delivered next and Around 9:30 I called again and they said the driver just left. When it finally came it was not even hot. Not acceptable.

I placed an delivery order two weeks ago and I ordered pasta for my order and when I placed the order i asked for forks and napkins and I made sure I asked for forks and napkins i didn’t get them and again I didn’t get them female driver said she would bring it back she didn’t come back. So I called to complain about it to the distinct manager and he didn’t call me back. Don’t order from this place they are unprofessional and expensive and if you are a restaurant delivering food silverware and napkins should come with every order. And delivery took two hours.

My daughter and I stopped in and ordered two personal pan pizzas and a side order of fried ravioli. While the food was good, the service and the wait time was not. The lady who was working the counter was not very friendly. We are from out of state so the fact that we actually needed to take a minute to look at the menu had her rolling her eyes. We also waited 40 minutes! For 2 personal pizzas and a side of fried ravioli. That’s ridiculous. After 30 minutes they told me they had to remake one of the pizzas cause it fell on the floor. So turns out that two of my items had been sitting under the heat lamp for probably about 25 mins.
