If 0 stars was a option that’s what id leave . Waited over a hour for a pizza , hoagie and Italian sub. First off nothing was hot . Maybe room temp at best . The sausage wasn’t even baked on the pizza it was just scooped on top cold falling off . Spent over 50 dollars to get the worst pizza ,hoagie and service I’ve EVER received. I would never visit this location again and I hope that all Cassanos locations do not operate like this !

We absolutely loved Cassanos pizza. The last 2 times we have ordered it, it has been so greasy and burnt you can’t eat it. Our order yesterday was $50 worth of grease with a $4.99 delivery fee. Plus a tip. We could have ate anywhere for that much.

We usually order from a Middletown location but the past few times our order wasn’t right. This Monroe location was spot-on! The call center was friendly and helpful. I pre-ordered to pick up on my way from Detroit to Cincinnati. They opened at 10:30am and accommodated an early pickup. Part of our order was without cheese and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were personable and nice to talk to. The pizza was exactly as ordered and delicious! This will be our connect from now on.
