I received take out pizza so I can’t speak on a dining experience but the pizza I ordered that had ground beef was very mid. It was like extra regular. Not particularly notable just basic. If I was locked in there I definitely wouldn’t starve but I would probably fantasize about another Pizza Joint.

We live over an hour away. We were boating on Indian Lake. I called over 15 times but phone was busy. So, I couldn’t check on hours of service or order food. We stopped across street at a dock at 6:20 pm. The hours listed on Cassano’s front glass door stated open until 9 pm on Friday. We made plans to be there by 8 pm. We rushed and got there exactly at 8 pm. There was a new posting that due to staff shortage Cassano’s was closing at 8 pm. This is a difference of one hour and forty minutes they closed! We have called before trying to get information on business with no answer. This is very poor business management. We will not try to go there anymore. We really enjoyed the food in the past but too much effort to get any at this point. Tired of the misses!

The quality is significantly lower than any other cassanos location. I believe it is a franchise location, which would explain a lack of quality vs. other cassanos. It fits in well in an area that lacks any other pizza chain.

One of my favorite dining places when we are up from Florida visiting family. The young lady who served us was terrific as was our pizza.

Gross. I went inside for the first time to order, saw flies crawling on the pizza boxes and a girl with a leather bracelet with long ties hanging off if it dragging on the pizza cheese and pepepperoni as she topped the pizza.

Pizza was overcooked, and mozzarella sticks were very old and dried out. Usually, the food is very good. But not this past visit.

Good mozzarella sticks, pizza was so-so. Calzone was just a pizza crust folded in half and not pinched closed. Small bathrooms. Nice lake town atmosphere. Looking forward to trying fish and chips.

Was wonderful as usual. Never had anything bad from this cassanos. And always had great service and atmosphere. They are truly top notch in my book.
