Card reader at pumps never work. Probably the 4th or 5th time I’ve gone and there was a sticky note to pay inside. Not enough number of pumps for the amount of traffic this Casey’s gets at all, I don’t know what their corporate surveyors were thinking when they planned the number of pumps here. Almost always waiting in line to pump gas behind another car. Never enough people to help anyone when the card readers are down so you spend 10 minutes waiting inside just to pump fuel. E85 here is mediocre at best (68% ethanol peak test percentage during summer blend) and E85 is about the only thing this station has going for it, besides the bathrooms which are clean the majority of the time. Nobody wants to have to go inside to pay. Some people need to pump more than two types of fuel as well, which means going in twice because as soon as you hang up the nozzle it defaults for you to go inside and get your remaining money, shutting the pump off in the process even though there’s still money on the pump. Wouldn’t have this problem if the card readers at the pump actually worked. Station is not open 24/7 which is also mid, but I guess covid ruined that too. Even though the Casey’s on the other side of town is open 24/7 (that Casey’s does not have E85 for anyone wondering). The pumps here used to run at night even though the store was closed and the lights were off if you paid with a card, but it seems like that’s no longer a thing either. Didn’t matter much anyways because the card reader is basically always down like I said before but it was nice to have when it was working at times.

Every time I buy something from this caseys it’s EXPIRED! Today is 5-31-23 and my daughters snack cake expired 4-13-23!!! Over a MONTH old! Check all of your dates when buying from this store. They are obviously to lazy to pull expired merchandise.

I’m so happy this place opened up! Everyone is friendly and the food is great. I stop here all the time since it has open.

Always a long line at the register only one employee when they have three in the store never any lids for the icees and the employees are just rude when I wanted to wait to put my rewards number in and the cashier told me no I needed to put it in before he added the gas that just tells me that he is the one who gives his check for rewards….

I was excited about the new store being opened in my neighborhood but alas it doesn’t look like anything has changed since the first day that it opened. Still have temporary out on drink machines, pastry counter, gas pumps not working. While there this morning ,people coming back in because the pumps don’t work. Maybe should close up and get inventory in and machine’s up and running increase staffing on a temporary basis to deal with 5 or 6 frustrated customers standing around with only one poor cashier getting bombarded with where’s the pastry, how come the machines don’t work, gas pumps are working

Worst Caseys location I’ve ever been to. Since the first week they opened, they have always had mulitple gas pumps not working, constant pay at the pump issues, and the E85 pumps barely move fluid. If this were not the only location within 25 miles of me to get E85, I’d never go there again.

Convenience store. Didn’t get food. Grabbed a couple of the Mt. Dews that are only available at Casey’s. My favorite.

Idk what everyone’s on about. This Casey’s the employees are always friendly and joke around with me. The food is always prepared quickly, even during busy times.

AWFUL. Just plain bad. 4th try at giving the new store a chance. LONG WAITS, no greeting, no THANK YOU, uncaring uninformative, no help at all.
