The Casey’s in Mansfield Ark, RIGHT NOW at 8:26 a.m. busy has 2 employees and 2 others standing outside talking and smoking! I’d bet no paper towels/TP in bathroom, the norm…no Casey’s brand cheese curls in individual pkgs….rarely have a working ice cream machine…no DP in the drink machines…. ALWAYS AT THIS STORE! When it opens, a nice store…I left good reviews…

On multiple occasions myself and other customers have waited a long time for anyone to come to the register. I have watched the manager literally look at the line and not do a dang thing and the other day a customer had to peek his head out the door and ask for someone to come check him out so he wasn’t late to work. The same manager was outside smoking in front of the windows with no concern for customer service. This would be unacceptable at any job I have ever worked. She was not apologetic or even nice to the customers. She seems very approachable. This was a place I would stop on my way to work in the mornings and my children would stop for fuel and goodies but my family’s business will be going back to the truck stop in town. The employees and management care there.

This place has to be the biggest joke, first off it’s all the employees standing outside for a smoke break, secondly employees coming in to work hungover, next is the food, I’ve ordered multiple pizzas and they come out burnt, I’ve also gotten a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito from there and they were cold, the store manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful, not to mention, I’ve had to wait for my orders after ordering them hours ago, and they were still wrong! I will not be back!

Excellent service. Always Clean and friendly. I ordered a breakfast pizza this time and 2 vanilla iced coffee. They were out of the coffee brand I wanted so they called me to offer a different flavor/brand. I opted for their store brand (gave me a chance to try their brand and it turned out good too). Pizza was hot and fresh. The gentleman that works there is so nice and respectful. I have yet to have a bad experience at this store.

I always stop here when I am close because the gas is always about twenty cents cheaper here than in my home town of Russellville. It’s always a easy in and out, clean, and I have always received good service when purchasing things inside.

I love their ice. Its bigger than sonic but its so soft and fluffy. Im hooked. They also have the best breakfast pizza. It doesn’t matter which one I go in they are always so friendly and willing to help.

I loved the fact they finally opened a Casey’s in Arkansas. However since this store opened…. They have been through multiple, multiple, workers The staff is rude. Exceptionally rude. They know nothing about the online app or how it works. They care more about chatting with one another than working and they are clueless what they sell or where to find it.

I understand having to get everything cleaned up before you close; been there, done that. But if you have someone call at 10 or 15 after 10pm, you still have time to make a couple of pizzas for some hungry children and stop get your area cleaned up.
