It’s nice to be able to go into a store and experience genuine kindness from a complete stranger. I appreciate the lady working at the front counter this past Wednesday afternoon. She was friendly, light hearted, and witty. She got me to laugh when I was having a bad day and even though it may seem like a small thing it is important.

Just filled up with premium fuel 91octane on 12/12/22 in Berryville Arkansas. Drove it to the Chevrolet dealership to have oil changed and a diagnostic scan. Scan showed I was running 87octane and high ethanol. My truck has never had less than 91 octane put in it. When my tank runs empty again I’m going to fill up there on the same pump and have it diagnosed again. I’ll definitely keep everybody posted. Stay tuned!!! This is not a joke!

Was clearly charged double for an order!(Sent corporate pictures of receipt and bank statement)2 pizzas and two pork tenderloin sandwiches don’t cost 100.00 dollars.! Tried repeatedly to be refunded for the over charge and to no avail!!! Horrible customer service called the store 15 minutes later was told to call back 30 minutes later so I did was told the only thing they could do was give me a free pizza…why not replace the money you stole!!!!!

We put in an order for food to pick up on the app, and when we arrived to pick it up the clerk on shift, I believe her name was Ashley, apologized and said that their kitchen worker had walked out on them and quit right around the time the order was placed. She said that the manager, Patrick, was on his way to make our order for us and she was very apologetic. She was so sweet and I felt so bad!

The store is nice enough, but the employee working the food counter where you can get subs, pizza, and other offerings leaves a lot to be desired. The people who work making food also stock cold sandwiches in a deli case. I wanted an egg salad croissant, but the only one left was a smashed mess, so I asked if they had any more. I was directed to the food counter and asked there, and the woman seemed put out and declared that she “couldn’t put anything extra on it.” I said no problem. Then she said I have to make sure this pizza doesn’t burn. I said no problem again. I went to the main counter to pay and get a couple of scratchers, thinking that would give the woman behind the food counter time to pull her pizza out. When I got back over there, she just looked at me sullenly and started putting together pizzas and whatever and basically ignored me for about ten more minutes. Finally, she pulled egg salad from somewhere, pulled out a croissant, slapped it together, and pushed it toward me. I tried to be friendly and asked if she had to work alone today. Yeah, she said. No attempt at friendliness or even a polite response like, sorry for the wait either while I waiting for after. No explanation why I had to wait so long while she did what she felt like doing before taking the whole 20 seconds it took her to make me an egg salad sandwich. I’d normally think, well maybe she’s depressed or whatever, but she was fine and friendly to her friend who she had time to ask, guess who I’m dating now and then share the details. I like this Casey’s, but it seems a poor choice to employ someone who can’t even pretend to care about or be bothered by about actual customers. Still, I managed a “have a nice day.” No acknowledgment other than a slightly annoyed look, as though I spoken to her in a foreign language. Ugh.

My disabled sister ordered a pizza and a few snacks and drinks to be delivered to our house. Admittedly, the roads were bad and a little slick in places, so when they told us it would be over an hour before they could deliver our food, we were more than content to wait. However, it was delivered to the wrong house. When called, they told my sister she could walk over and get it. When she called to say she couldn’t, that she wanted a refund, she was told they couldn’t give her one. We had to try to walk down to the house where they left the food, and make 2 trips back and forth to get it home. Then we didn’t get the pizza we ordered, nor did we get all the snacks she ordered and paid for. I am absolutely THRU with Casey’s, and I discourage anyone else to go there for food or service!!!

Place is ok to stop & get gas at the pump (hate that the pump asks you 15 questions before you can fuel up tho) and they can never keep competent staff working here when it needs it. Main ponytail girl here never wears work attire and is only seen working when it starts to get slammed.
