I was helped by Miss Caitlyn tonight. She works in different stores in the area, but always a welcoming smile and terrific customer service. I know I will be taken care of and the store is clean when she’s behind the counter.

The staff are lovely. The only issue I have is the last 2 times I’ve gotten ice cream from the freezer, it has been expired. Most recently, the ice cream sandwich I had expired 4 months ago. I would be a bit more diligent on rotating stock.

Great store for what it is. Very clean. Staff is tops. Now for the bad. This particular Casey’s used to have the best sandwiches in town. I ordered them regularly from this location. Now they are bar none the worst sandwiches in town. Stale crumbly bread, old meat, next to no toppings (when you order online). I understand shortages. Just take the toppings off the menu if it’s that pathetic. No more sandwiches for me, at least not here. This is not new. It’s the new norm.

Worst ever Casey’s I have ever been in! Just left the store. It was filthy and there was 3 fountain drinks not working. The ice cream was not working. They had signs up cash only, which they took down one as I was leaving. Employee came to drink area which was completely sticky, filled his cup and left. Acted like he didn’t see it. One employee at the register with lines of people, said, I just shutting this register down. Then he and the other employee changed places. The other gentleman just stood there. This is not the way the Casey’s I know are. I have never been in one that was so depressing and dirty. I used to frequent this one when I came to Harrison, but never again.

Yesterday afternoon, walked in, was greeted nicely. There was a guy with long hair who was making pizza and he just stood around staring at my boyfriend and I…um not sure what that was all about. He needed to cover his entire hair in the hair net cause it wasn’t. The other guy with shorter hair was kind and helped us immediately! They made the pizza really good and gave us a deal.

This location is right by my house. I will come in to just grab a pack of cigarettes. Today there was 5 people in front of me in line. 28min total from the time I entered the store into the line, back out to the car. That’s over 5min a person to check out. 4 had a drink and a slice of pizza. 1 was paying cash for gas. Over 5min a person! It doesn’t matter what time of day whether really early or extremely late that you go in. It will NOT be fast. They need to have more then 1 clerk working or they need to teach hustle to their staff. This location stays way too busy and that slow of a checkout time is ridiculous and excruciating. It seems to get worse every single time. I’m switching to Kum&go across the street and will pay a higher price over standing in a gas station for almost 1/2hr to buy a pack of cigarettes.

Ordered pizza, went to pick up was told we tried to call we don’t have the ingredients. No missed call no message. Then waited for them to make a two topping pizza. The young lady still charged me for the speciality pizza price. At the register I explained to Sadie what happen and she only charged for the two toppings. Overall Sadie was amazing but the cooking staff, not happy with. (Just know I used to work in the cooking area, I know how hard/ challenging it is. Customer service is needed for this job.)
