This is horrible service. A line wrapped around the store. There is 1 cashier and one lady counting/putting away cigarettes instead of taking a minute to open another register to help people get through quicker.

I’m so tired of this particular store that I try to limit my purchases to just gas. I’ve had multiple issues ordering food, like every order came with some sort of a food drama. There computer software is slow. I mean if your going to have a rewards program then figure out a quicker way. This location always has pee on the floor in the men’s restroom in front of the urinal. And of course you have the typical long lines, poor service and the cherry on the cake….they are out of everything. I’m done with this location.

Half the pumps don’t work, no windshield cleaner, and they don’t sell premium gas. Take a couple extra minutes and drive down to Shoemakers.

Place has always been terrible. I work down the road. They would constantly never have pizza 5-6pm at night! There is always a line out the back door! And never more than one person on the register. Go to shoemakers down the road X10 better.

Is it too much to have the windshield fluid and a decent squeegee here? For what we pay for fuel and products inside this would be really nice. I know every business and company is short on help but this is just a total lack of effort. This should be a priority when roads are messy. Most of your competitors do really well with this. Casey’s has the ability to be better.

If i could give this location 0 stars i would, absolutely the worst managed business. i have gone in with lines out the door waiting and only one register “works” … I have bought a car wash and had to wait a month to use it because it was down … today i went to get gas half the pumps are not working, I had to wait and low and behold “network is down” so i cannot buy gas without going in where there is again a line … avoid this location at all costs … not an employee issue … management is to blame!

I paid a monthly subscription for car wash (executive) 80% of times I tried to wash my car it was closed or not working, had to unsubscribe.

This location is a waste to even be open at this point. Every time I go in there, food isn’t ready (grab and go). There is ONE cashier with 10-15 people in line, during hours when it’s busy….. and if you choose to wait, turns into a 15-20 minute wait in line, I can drive to the one up on 34 and get back before I’d get help at this one, something I shouldn’t have to do.. Why is there someone doing cigarette inventory at 430pm – 500pm at night, when there is a line 10+ people deep waiting to be checked out. It’s a shame. There isn’t anything Convenient about the place.

I’m not certain why the kitchen offers food at this point. I called 3 times in effort to order food for pickup, and the phone rang and rang with no answer. I live a few minutes away so we drove down there in person and there is two people working right next to the phone and another leaning on the food counter just hanging out. No reason to not pick up the phone.

Place is horrible at times with 20 minute lines to pay for your stuff. Plus people are horrible and park in the gas spots to go inside which can take 20 minutes and you can’t get fuel. Last thing is they are always out of anything I go there to buy. Very frustrating. Could be an excellent store if there were not so many idiots out there ruining it for everyone else
