I went into Casey’s to get a few things after work and it was kind of late but it was open 24 hours and as I was trying to find things a employee male tried to rush me along I had money and was looking to buy things not only for myself but my brother who can’t walk well so he couldn’t make the trip I’ve never seen such rudeness some people like to look amd make sure they don’t have to make a second trip specially late at night when they just wanna go home after making their purchase. It’s sad that a store would hire such a person who’s rude when everyone else in the store has been kind.

I’ve lived here for 17 years and I don’t think I can count one of them where I thought caseys food/delivery department wasn’t one of the best around. There is always remarkably friendly staff and customers coming and going, staff and customers hold the door open for each other and personally believe Casey’s consistently has the best quality, service, safety, and by far the most important…the best pizza in the Midwest. Outstanding work for the employees at the Nebraska city Casey’s(those of which should all get raises) and an even bigger applause for the customers who trust y’all to deliver, because without them, there wouldn’t be anyone to tell Casey’s that they are the best of the Midwest.

I really don’t know why we ordered pizza here again, after the last time when we received a taco pizza with none of the toppings and the management could care less about making it right with us. We decided to give them a shot again. Bad decision. After waiting an hour and a half for our pizza they once again delivered the wrong pizza. Not only did they not give us the right pizza the guy didn’t believe me so he had to ask the cutter? I guess they had to figure out who to blame…it was blamed on the delivery guy this time. There was no apology, just like the last time. Lesson learned.

We stopped in to grab some beverages for our daughter and her friends after they walked in the AppleJack Parade. Employees were friendly. Parking lot is a bit cramped as is the store. Several of the beverages were not cold. They must lack cold storage and so stock the cooler with product kept outside of it. Nobody wants a warm beverage on a hot day. Granted, a lot of this was due to the AppleJack Festival crowds, but that festival happens every year, so there’s really no excuse to not be prepared for it.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. There were some of the nicest employees here, it was clean, and the breakfast pizza was great!

A vagrant was outside near the door harassing customers, asking for money for a pizza. Very intimidating, and very unusual for a small town. When this was pointed out to the manager on duty, their response was , “So, what do you expect me to do about it?” Well, maybe they won’t take action, but our action will be to NOT return. Otherwise, it’s a decent store, standard Casey’s.

My son went in there the other day and all they had was old pizza. It was suppertime. I might add they are out of donuts most of the time and cold sandwiches. When I ask why the cooler is empty, they say they are short of help. But one person is at the register and 3 people are just walking around! That looks like laziness to me.

I usually love Casey’s. Its usually a nice store to get stuff and the pizza is usually excellent. Unfortunately Friday Aug 3rd my opinion changed. I got a piece of sausage pizza from the counter and noticed a couple hours later my stomach was kinda crampy and i was belchy with the taste of sausage. I spent that whole 1st night of our vacation having it come out of both ends, the next morning in the ER, and most of the trip just recouping. Casey’s of Nebraska city, please make sure you are keeping an eye on how long the pizza is in the display, the temp it is kept at, and for Pete’s sake wash your hands so no one else has to suffer like i did this weekend.

So we ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and a medium hamburger at 6:00pm. We were told to wait an hour and 50minutes. So we were like okay not so bad, so when that time comes around let me remind you it’s now 7:50! So we wait 10mins to call and so now it’s 8:00 we call and they said it’s coming so we wait. Now it’s 8:30 we call and they said we don’t have it and now we waited and finally actually got it after 4hrs so now we have cold and gross pizza! So if I were you anytown people like Casey’s I’d suggest that you chose Valentino’s or Pizza hut or something better! Don’t order Casey’s unless you like cold and burnt pizza!

Look while a bit pricey on various items this store rocks. Good gas and prices this store gives a new meaning to convenience if the grocery stores have all shut dow you can get yourself by here in fine style also unlike some of the other “convienice” stores close to them this store accepts E.BT. food stamps and I am not ashamed to admit if not for that I would not have been able to eat last night. Store kept very clean professional friendly staff.
