The cappuccino is terrible. It is syrupy sweet and too thick. The flavor is off. It tastes like they took hot chocolate and reduced it into the soupy consistency and then added a ton of sugar and a teaspoon of Folgers coffee. The worst. By comparison, the mega saver has a flavored coffee machine as well. But when you make your selection and press the button, there’s a two or three minute delay while the machine actually brews a fresh cup of coffee. At MegaSaver the coffee itself is delicious and the flavorings the machine adds are perfect and the cappuccino at MegaSaver gas station is half the price of Casey’s! I thought I would give Casey’s a try but they failed. I’m going to go back to mega saver next time.

Realized I needed some ice for a cooler at 9:40pm. Look up hours for this Casey’s and see they are open until 10. Sweet, run over quick, and get there around 9:45. Sadly, the doors were locked, and the person who was there signaled they closed early. Why though?

Another Casey’s had to cancel my breakfast pizza order which I had to have for a breakfast meeting. I placed a call to the Weir St. location and Kimberly was so sweet. She must have heard panic in my voice because she was very reassuring, stating they got me covered. The pizza was so good and well received at work. Thanks for saving my day Kimberly.

Customer service from a young lady on July 7th was the worst I’ve ever had at Casey’s. She acted like she really didn’t want to be at work and was taking it out of customers. Sad.

I have ordered taco pizza, which Casey’s taco pizza is my absolute favorite, from this location twice. The first time there were maybe 30 pieces of chips on it total. This last time there were no chips on it at all! It was not busy either time I stopped in, so I know that is not the excuse. When I tried to call about the issue I just got a busy tone for about half an hour. I still love Casey’s taco pizza, but this location is obviously not up to par.

Called to order half taco half Supreme. They told me it couldn’t be done. My little home town Casey’s has been able to do this my whole life but these folks can’t figure it out. Corporate should consider more training for the stores. Maybe some cross training between stores. When I said I would just get it somewhere else they said okay and hung up. Apparently they have enough business they didn’t need mine.

I pre-ordered pizza the day before for a work event. I ordered 6 pizza’s online and after the fact I figured out I only needed 3. I called 20 minutes later to change the order and the guy on the phone told me he “fixed” it. I get there and the guy made 6 and I was still charged for the 6 versus 3 AFTER the guy over the phone told me it was handled. I talked with the manager and she said she fixed it. Two weeks later and I was never reimbursed for the 3 that I DID NOT TAKE. Don’t order pizza here. They have no idea what they are doing and will say whatever to make you shut up.

Good selection of products. I like their regular pizza promotion. Once you buy 10 LARGE pizzas accumulativly they give you a free large pizza. You just have to save the tab on the lip of the box’s lid. You’ll know what it looks like when you see it.
