Bought 3 pizza tonight. Promise time of 7:45pm. At 7:45 she was just now making the dough. When they were finished, our BBQ chicken with pineapple was actually BBQ chicken with onions.. no pineapples. My husband hate onions. So not only did we have to wait for almost an additional 45 minutes to get the pizza, it was all wrong. She didn’t even pay attention to the build you pizza, just built it the way she wanted.

Pumps are always out of service and the card readers rarely work. Windshield squeegees are always destroyed and now the company has decided to start charging for air for your tires. I’ll be using other stations for the foreseeable future.

This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve come across. The west location is great, but this one is awful. The store is always a chaotic mess and the restrooms are NEVER clean and the smell is horrible. I’ve been here several times hoping that one of these times it would have improved but unfortunately, it’s been consistently poor.

Caseys is alright to some extent. I know the place at a customer and employee level. Casey’s is a truck stop local gas station. So it’s gonna have some issues of course. They need to straighten thier ordering out and they need a new kitchen manager amongst many other things. Your 3rd shift employees are pretty much your friendliest and good people. They are severely under staffed on third shift. The truck stop is excellent as far as gas and diesel have separate bays and they provide trendar and the different ways for the truckers to pay for thier fuel etc. It’s a fair place to do some business. I hope that there reputation doesn’t reflect on other Casey’s.

Had a day to kill before I picked up my load in Winfield so I needed to find a safe and legal place to park when I found this Casey and I have nothing but praise for it. Very clean parking lot, spotless bathroom and shower as well. The staff was friendly and so were the locals I met, and as a solo female driver I felt safe parked there for the night.

Great location and full service for travelers and truckers. Fair gas prices. No issue dumping my “black water” in the restroom. Showers, cold/hot food along with normal convenience store.

Stopped to get fuel and showers for me and trainee, paid for fuel and then charged $16 for 2 showers. Hell y did I need to spend $450 dollars for fuel and then pay out for showers. Lot was nice and kinda roomy.

Has gas at standard price for the area but only half the pumps are working. Six out of the last ten visits instead of a receipt I get a message please see attendent for receipt. So I no longer fill up, I just get enough to fill up later at my destination. Not a user friendly place.

My order wasn’t right I order foot long ham n cheese sandwich with oion lettuce tomato and got all but lettuce when I told them three or more times on phone. Had to remind of my cheesey bites and they told me it would take forty-five minutes due to orders before it was ready in twenty if did less goofying around noon more work it would be ok
