I work here with wonderful employees. Sounds like most of the “problems” people complain about are user error. The gas prices are always right, but after thousands of years, people still can’t color coordinate the gas handle with the gas button. And if you’re coming late, the pizza might be dryer, obviously. But still good quality food, good service, and kept clean. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been in. There’s trash all over the floor, spilled drinks to walk through, overflowing trashcan, employees on their phones instead of working, and twice now, no iced tea. It’s over 100 degrees and no tea. Casey’s, I thought you were better than this.

Wednesday, Aug. 30. 11:15 am. Twelve people in line and one cashier. Another employee walking around. I asked her why not a second cashier? She said “There’s no room. Managers are counting money on the floor.” I walked out.

Love Casey’s everywhere except this location. The pizza is terrible & does not meet Casey’s standards. We were told it was just a one time miss, so we tried again. Nope. They just aren’t following the same playbook all other Casey’s follow. We stop on road trips & get Casey’s pizza as we travel through the Midwest & were so happy to have one close to us. Very disappointed.

I agree they should close this location. I’ve come in multiple times over the past 2 weeks. If they do have pizza in the case it’s really old. The store isn’t well stocked. The pastries I bought are rock hard and inedible. The fountain machine isn’t calibrated correctly cuz the Pepsi is terrible. They never have newports regardless what day you come in. The older male employee up front made it clear his phone was more important than checking out the line of waiting customers. He really just stood there not helping anyone till he was done on his phone. He made it very clear he didn’t want to help anybody. That’s OK I won’t be back to this location. As a transplant from Ankeny my hope is that headquarters doesn’t claim this store. It’s truly an embarrassment to the Casey’s name.

First time I came to get donuts early in the morning there were 2 choices maple or Carmel long johns or chocolate cake donuts the girl told me that was all they were gonna do that day. Those wouldn’t do so I had to go to Dunkin’ Second time kitchen was down so no donuts. Now I understand opening pains it has been just under 2 weeks since you have been open. I will be checking in periodically to see if we can get these stars up. But so far it is slow going. The problems I listed haven’t been the only ones. Maybe you opened just a little to fast. Update. Store was clean. Gas pumps were working again. Didn’t have time to check out the donuts situation but I will do that next time. Stopped in for a slice of pizza you have little squares on there for a reason please start marking what they are. I am still waiting to up you a star. That isn’t the only reason I haven’t done it yet.

The last 6 times I’ve been there the donuts have very little to no frosting. Not much to chose from. The cups size opinions are xsmall, large and xLarge. Only the hot coffee has the medium opinions. The warmer food is lacking and or is over 2hr old. I have to drive all the way down to the 6th st one for good food
