I have NEVER publicly criticized a restaurant but something needs to be done to improve our small town, ONLY pizza shop….this slop we purchased as pizza was a doughy, sloppy pool of pizza guts. Casey’s you need to either fix this or we (and probably many others) will need to bring pizza in from other towns.

The app consistently says they are out of bread and constantly over an hour wait when I worked at this location I was told by my superiors that anything over a half an hour is unacceptable. This place has gone down hill so far that I am not sure where else it could go wrong 1 employee in particular always has a bad attitude and is extremely volatile had to ask him to get me a drink from the cooler because the shelves were not stocked and he was less than thrilled to have to actually serve a customer I wish the deli at the grocery store was still open so the people of carbondale had a different option on a place to get food severely dissapointing to see how low this location has sunk I hope that the corporation does something to turn this around

Definitely the worst location I have been to. Always out of everything and blames corporate when other caseys close by are stocked up and running great! Never any bread for sub sandwiches. Cold area where sandwiches and already made stuff always empty. Cold coffee and icee machine always broke. No more ice cream machine. Receipt paper and window cleaner at pumps always out. Kitchen looks dirty as well as employees making food. Been out of plastic bags for months and employee had to bring some from home. Toaster for subs broke and putting sandwich in pizza oven. List goes on!!!

Zero stars if I could this place is the worst when it comes to pizza orders. Several occasions order was not ready at time given, order was wrong, and parts of some orders just not even looked at on the ticket. Will not be ordering anymore from this Casey’s.

Not sure what has happened between the change in management multiple times. But, this location is literally out of everything all the time. Turkey, grilled chicken, no pizza in the self serve, coffee. The one about 20 mins away from this location is ALWAYS stocked up. I do not see why this location cannot be the same way.

Honestly the only reason I go here is cause it’s the only relevant place near me that’s open 24 hrs. Gas prices are always higher than in town which is 15 minutes away. The only food worth getting is if it is made By one person “Angelo”! Anyone else overcooks or undercooked food and for the love of God NO TURKEY AND HAM subs cause why. Cause their menu don’t have it!

I have worked at this Casey’s before, great people to work with and hard working. Not many people can understand how stressful the job can be at times. There are days we are not at our best and no one can be at their best 24/7 which is understandable. Some times it is a customer that gets us triggered and gets us in a upset mood, some can brush it off while others can’t. We are all human, we all can not be perfect and it is not possible to keep every customer happy. I know the snuggle and I hope those who do not understand will understand some day, please be nice to the workers at Casey’s, even if you are in a bad mood. Do not bring you’re bad mood into the store where it can mess up someone else’s day.
