So I know it’s a Casey’s but what good is a taco pizza without the chips and taco sauce. And they cut our pepperoni pizza into a million slivers so no one could actually pick up a ‘slice’ of pizza…just slivers. Plus the fryer was broken so many sides weren’t even available. I won’t even go into the fact the ready time wasnt even close, even though they weren’t busy at all. Just don’t bother with this place. Go to another Casey’s or a real pizza place.

Kitchen just within the last 2-3 weeks has really went downhill very badly. No pizza is ever stocked & out in the overnight hours. No pastries are ever out, nothing on baking oven racks at almost 4:30 am in the morning. This NEVER used to be like this. Bathrooms are completely disgusting. Don’t know what happened but I do know this, I myself and many others that I have told will be going to the new location when it opens, hopefully in June on Metcalf & Shawnee Mission Parkway roughly. I strongly advise others to follow.

Their website states they are currently out of Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni both somehow. Tried calling to verify this is correct more than one time and sat on hold for over 10 minutes each time and no 1 will pick up the phone. Garbage customer service!

Don’t waste your time coming here. If you just have to absolutely have the pizza and the pastries like I do just order it online, other than that the place is overpriced and the staff is subpar at best and the cash registers and the POS systems are always down and the bathrooms are always filthy. Not too good for this place surrounding luxury places. It wouldn’t surprise me if that store lasts another year in that location.

I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to the young men who were working last night. I had dropped my wallet in the store and then left. Once I realized I had lost it, I rushed back to Casey’s. The gentlemen at the cash register had been keeping my wallet safe and they were looking online to find a way to reach me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your kindness and integrity in getting my wallet back to me. The girl with a horrible dye job, glasses, and a arrowhead KC tattoo right above her elbow that works preparing food is extremely rude. Did not acknowledge the customer at all and I waited for 5 minutes before another employee told me what was going on with the order. She stands behind the counter staring and rolling her eyes. She needs to learn some customer service skills!!! The other employees are great.
