This location is a complete joke. Just as bad as the original Amity location. Big deal, you built a fancy new location. You refuse to turn on online pizza ordering. Terrible. You still suck. So unfortunate for a community our size to still have a franchise worse than Paola, Spring Hill and even Drexel (Mo.) Absolutely pathetic.

The inside is nice and clean and well stocked. Where this place falls short is the hot food area. We ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready in 40 minutes. We showed up at that time and waited another 45 minutes and they still hadn’t even started making our order. We ended up cancelling and getting dinner elsewhere. I was disappointed. I was really hoping it would be better than the previous location but was let down.

2 hours to get pizza delivered and then was met with indifference from the delivery driver. Blamed it on being down an oven and claimed they didn’t have a manager. If you know beforehand that you can’t fulfill orders then maybe don’t take them.
