Cheesestix are kind of my thing, asked for something specific and I got a thin bread with no cheese at all, should at least have some stretch to it.

Clean store ,but wasn’t any hot food. And I know that some supplies are hard to get but I’m pretty sure that they should not have empty refrigeration spots. And the shelves looked somewhat bare. I love going to Casey’s and I use my rewards all of the time but this Casey’s needs a little help. P.S. the cashier was so spaced out that she didn’t even give me the correct change . I BET HER REGISTER WAS SHORT. I really hate giving bad reviews so please fix these problems.

This is the worst caseys in town. The pumps rarely work. The air pump seems to be permanently broken. And the pizza is below average. Casey’s in Lawrence is just not that good. The whole area needs help.

Asst Manager claims to be the store manager which oh that’s a lie. Says she cut the pizzas and boxed them. Get home and not cooked all the way. So that is lie number 2. How many other did she lie too. Not sure I will ever get another pizza there.

This location is by far the absolute worst Casey’s in the world, and I’ve been to Iowa! I honestly don’t know where to start in blasting this place. It’s a case study of weaponized incompetence. I’ve literally had them steal money from me there, the cashiers are rude to me and my partner. I won’t single any of them oit as individuals, they’re all terrible. They never have fuel anyways so I’m not sure why I even go there.

Door dash stole our pizza order! Due to corporate rules they knew something was wrong and couldn’t stop the fraud delivery.

Cashiers are always friendly, however the kitchen staff leaves much to be desired. Today I came in for a pizza order and the lady didn’t even ask my name, didn’t say a word to me, just handed me a pizza that said Paid Online… a less honest person could’ve definitely just walked in and gotten handed a free pizza.

System didn’t process my rewards, staff offered no solution and just started at me and expected me to pay more for my purchase. I was so appalled they didn’t want to cover the difference for the system error that I asked to return the purchase. The cashier immediately started throwing a little tantrum, and proceeded to angrily do the rest of the transaction. Did not offer me my return receipt which i had to ask for and called me wasteful. When I asked to speak to a manager because of her attitude she claimed to be the manager. Hope Casey’s is not ok with this location not only treating customers terribly and not honoring rewards, but also deciding to waste pizza instead of just refunding the rewards difference. No wonder they have the lowest maps rating I’ve ever seen for a Casey’s.

Just went to pickup some pizzas and the man we had placed the order with over the phone was very polite and even followed up with us to make sure we didn’t double order since their systems were temporarily not working. We arrived and we’re browsing the store for a few minutes. The gentleman over the phone said it’d be about 20min so we gave it that long and wondered if maybe we had come to the wrong location since we only saw women working (I assumed the gentleman was a delivery driver since he was bringing in product). My boyfriend called and asked about our order but before he could ask about the location the woman hung up on him and then angrily said something to the lady working in the kitchen who then also got an attitude because of the phone call. Neither of them knew we were standing there the whole time and I could hear them both very clearly. When it was finally our turn idk if the lady in the kitchen was ignoring my boyfriend but the gentleman ended up apologizing for her and being the one to serve us the finished pizzas. I really feel bad for him as he seemed to be working hard already and it looks like this lady was waiting for him to come carry her load as well. I really hope they both maybe receive some coaching on how not to let their own personal emotions or stress affect how they treat each individual even if they are not face to face with them. Just shows poor character in my opinion

Would like to report that the gas pumps are more frequently out of order. The street sign still lists a price but there is some issue with the pumps going down. This has become more regular over the past month or two. They have gas but the system goes out. I suggested they turn the street sign off and also simply take the fuel price down from google and Casey’s app. Was told that corporate doesn’t have the ability to do that. Seems more like they don’t want to put the effort into customer service. Would not recommend!
