Just purchased 60 dollars worth of fuel. Thought my wife and I would grab a slice of pizza. Plastered all over the door an advertisement for any size drink and slice of pizza $4. So we got 2 slices of pizza and 2 32 oz. drinks. The total came out to$11.82. I questioned this and commented the sign on the door said $4. I was told well yes $4.30. Ok! I hadn’t been back to this store for a while due to the last time I was here I had gotten bad fuel in my harley.Had to drain it out and took me a while to remedy this problem. Needless to say Casey’s has lost my family as customers.

They’re getting a 5 Star Review even after not having Diesel fuel on hand for my truck. There Diesel tanks ran dry supposedly and as big as this station is along with the only station open for that exit was this location. HOT doughnuts fresh out of the oven and the friendly staff working here made the experience a good one anyway. Thank You

This Casey’s has been a great location for me, I mainly come here for beverages or coffee in the morning and have always had good experiences. The staff are friendly too and seem to be cleaning or staying busy in the early morning times when you come in. Just seems like a well ran and well maintained Casey’s location!

If a gas station is going to require that people have to come in to get their receipts for gas, then they need to have enough people working the registers so that people getting gas do not need to wait behind six or seven people who are getting groceries, beverages, assorted other items… if you cannot provide receipts at the pumps, then it would be wise to accommodate your fuel patrons in an alternative way that endears them to continuing to be your customers for fuel.

I’m so confused about the sub sandwich I got this evening. I asked for a BLT, no tomatoes and I wanted it toasted. I shopped around for a bit, thinking that surely I could trust the employee to make a toasted BLT (no T) without any problems. Boy was I wrong. I got home and the bread was soft, the cheese wasn’t melted but hey, at least the bacon was cooked. There was also pepperoni and turkey added to my sub, which I’m guessing I paid extra for those two meats that I didn’t order and I didn’t even get a receipt so I couldn’t return it or review it. My foot long only had two strips of bacon on it. I guess the employee didn’t know what a BLT was.

The 24 days of Christmas is a joke at this store. They had the item they were giving away today at the register. The system wasn’t working, cashier even tried her number. Instead of giving me the item, she didn’t care and said to maybe come back later. How about you give your customers what is promised and you figure it out later. Poor customer service at this store
