The website clearly states they the store opens at 4 am. My boyfriend and I ran out of gas and didn’t have enough to make a 30 minute trip home so we waited until they opened. We weren’t able to get gas until 45 minutes after they opened because they wanted to hangout in the store. Very, very upset at this.

The supreme pizza!!! I had no idea Casey’s can do great complete pizza. I’ve only known them as a by the slice kind of place. The crust was not too thick or greasy, and very tasty. The Ingredients tasted fresh. Nice job, at least for this Casey’s.

Used to have great service, not any more. The service has become absolutely awful, I constantly run into problems trying to order pizza. They leave the phone off the hook so they don’t have to take orders for hours on end. I started ordering online, I made an online order today, received an order confirmaiton, and had my wife drive 25 minutes in to pick up the order only to have them become rude and claim they never received the order. I am finished playing games, I will not order from this Casey’s anymore and would not recommend this Casey’s to anyone else.

You currently can’t access money at the ATM or get cash back from the register. which definitely lowers their claim of convenience. Staff is 50/50 split between attentive considerate employees and those that are total trash

The assistant manager, Rubben, has been rude each time something goes wrong. I ordered my eleventh pizza from caseys (this means box top coupons, not meaning the full amount of pizzas which ive ordered way more of) to get a free pizza. Their online website says NOTHING about rules to their deals on what i get as long as it does not exceed specialty pizza. He argued, aggressively, that I would not get their current offer of free breadsticks offered with ANY large pizza. I cancelled my order and will never return. He was rude when my online order did not go to their store, claiming they are not up to date to always get online orders. WHY OFFER IT ONLINE IF THEY DO NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER! I drove to them, unaware of this, and was treated as i was an ignorant person. You are a buisness, respectively treat your customers as they matter, do not treat them as dirt like Rubben did. Wow, im done with this caseys. Done. Ive seen other customers treated the same way. Will never return!

Great pizza. Could be a little cleaner and i refuse to go there in the mornings when Brandon is working. He is the slowest human alive and 9 times outa 10 you’ll wait for a solid 3 or 4 minutes on him no matter what.

I’ve used Casey’s across Kansas and came to a certain expectation. This was not clean. The staff was not telling people to wear masks which meant no one was and the bag of chips I was going to buy was a year out of date. Not going to stop here again.

This store is ok most of the time, only problem is when getting delivery of store merchandise, the truck parks longways across the front entrance and takes up parking places forcing customers to park a distance away and walk around it to enter the store, I have been to a lot of Casey’s and this is the only one that I have seen that takes deliveries like that.
