Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. The food tasted good, but did not get any marina for the bread sticks…also did not receive the garlic parmesan dipping sauce I paid for. I know mistakes happen, it’s just disappointing to not get what you’re expecting

Last few times I’m in there is very limited food available and not any pizza, one person in kitchen moving like molasses, energy drinks are rarely stocked and don’t get me started on the parking lot. Will not be going to this gas station ever again!

I go to a lot of Casey’s and this place hands down is the worst one I have been to! Rude staff parking lot is horrible and probably has damaged several vehicles. Ice machine or Soda and tea not in that order but one of them is alway broken. Avoid this location!

This location is horrible! Have the time gas pumps don’t work. ATM ripped me off and was told not there problem. Entrance to location has rebar showing out of concrete. Employees could care less of the lines or any issues. I’m boycotting anything Casey’s from now on!

Employees are fine but whoever is running it needs to get it together. Gas was priced higher than anywhere else in town. They are reporting shorter wait times than what is factual. I had to wait an extra half hour for my food. Air and fountain drinks are out of order. Overall poor state for the store

I get there about 8:40 every morning and it’s a 50/50 that they still have breakfast pizza slices for sale (the only reason I’m going there). A few times there is nothing available and more often than that they have regular pepperoni or beef or supreme pizza slices… It’s not even 9 am, y’all! Keep that breakfast pizza going! I’ve walked in, looked at that was on that rack and walked on more times than I can count.

The last three times I’ve picked up Door Dash from this location, I’ve waited 30 minutes to an hour for a pizza. Four employees, making one pizza at a time (5-10 minutes just to put one together to stick it in the oven). Absolutely killed my time & cost me who knows how much money. Will never, ever accept an order from this store again (not will I do so for myself–my time is too valuable).

I called in a breakfast pizza around 10:30 am. I was told my order would be ready around 11 so my boyfriend went to pick it up. When he got there they said “they didn’t have my order” so he called me and I repeated to her that she said “Casey’s on woodbine” because she said I never called. Well that obviously reminded her of who I was and then she said “well I actually forgot to put that order in” -_-. I have to be at work at 11:30, but if you offer takeout you should be putting those orders in the system. Definitely unsatisfactory and I won’t be back.

I placed a delivery order last week. The dasher picked up our order and immediately cancelled it. Called the store for a refund and was told I needed to contact doordash, which I did. After an hour on the phone they said a refund would be received within three business days. A week later and nothing had been credited to my account. I call doordash again and they say I need to contact the store. I called Casey’s again and got the run around from the assistant manager who refused to give me her name and hung up on me several times. After her refusal to address the situation or put me in contact with someone who could and my fourth time being hung up on, I called corporate. Upon which the issue was resolved. I love Casey’s… This store just has worthless managers and has me to a point where I will never order from them again.
