Ordered your Pepperoni, Pepperoni, Pepperoni pizza, two of them .The advertisement is three different kinds of Pepperoni, the pizzas we received are regular Pepperoni. We generally have a good experience at this store, no complaints, maybe the cook overlooked it or maybe doesn’t know, not sure but may bring it.up to them. Thank you.

Lack of communication is awful they don’t pick up there phones. Took over an hour before the one pizza I ordered even got started on while my Doordarsh driver had to sit and wait on it. Would not recommend this caseys would use the other in town.

Went in to pick up my pizzas i ordered online. 4/14/2023 at 7 pm. Manager is yelling at a young kid making and finishing my pizzas. Shes loud and real condescending. Continues to complain about him as she walks away. I get home and my pizzas werent right. Maybe coach your help and not yell when a half dozen customers can hear you.

Staff very rude last night my husband got pizza and he has been moving all day and was still moving and he was late to get his pizza staff made comments about the pizza is gonna be cold and was being a smart Alec about it that doesn’t show good customer service. Today I am doordashing and staff says doordash comes last the customers who come in and pay are first. Need to learn better customer service skills.

Twice this week I have gone in and the cashiers hasn’t said one single word to me. Don’t ask if I want a receipt or respond when I say thank you to them nicely. They were not busy either time, just rude. I’ll just take my business to our other gas stations in Cameron from now on.

Girl at Front in am is rude and mouths off to customers all the time. They are constantly out of stuff they advertise all the time. Employees are too lazy to make more. Resister people are slow and making change is over their head.

I always go to Casey’s because it is close to my house and they generally have great pricing or deals. They never have pizza or food in the warmer, the cooler is never stocked, and often times you have to find someone or wait forever at the register.
