What has happened to this store? I went in to get a drink and the store was a mess. Stuff everywhere, could barely get down the aisles. Trash all over outside and inside. The kid who rang me up didn’t say anything to me the whole time, except what my total was. While I was paying he was on his phone not paying any attention to his job.

I love that Casey’s has partnered with Hy-Vee so I can redeem my gasoline points when I’m out and about. I have never been inside the store before or use the Casey’s app before, so I cannot speak to those features. I really appreciate the closeness this location has to the highway so I can make a stop when I’m road tripping somewhere.

A dark Haired announced she was the manager and was doing nothing but gossip. We came in and saw old pizza . We thought we will go ahead and get 4 slices. Bf was getting a drink. Someone came in and the “manager” gave them the pizza because the thought it looked old. Cashier got busy, the “ manager “ went into the kitchen to work maybe. The large Styrofoam lids were not stocked , so my bf Asked for a lid . She responded I will in a minute. Her male co worker offered to stock but too late how the “manager “ responded was enough because her mouth was moving more than working . So we left our lidless drink and old pizza on the counter. It was the Casey’s on North Oak in KCMO

This has to be the worst Casey’s. They can’t make a pizza and don’t answer the phone like a normal store. I’ve tried twice before thinking it was a simple mistake when this happened and it’s not. They also do not deliver unless you order through a delivery service. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 by calling the store. Based on my experience with this store, I knew it would take at least an hour to get it. It was promised by 5:20. At 5:45 I was wondering what the heck. I called them and no answer, no voicemail. I called back twice, same thing. Finally at 6:15 my pizza shows up. It was clear the pizza just sat there for quite awhile. I give up with this store. Maybe it’s time for new management?
