Coming home to find out that my daughter had a huge ordeal with you all by ordering a salad and being given half of a salad. This is after she called to confirm that they have the ingredients. She shows up and they tell her that it will take an hour to thaw the chicken. So she still ordered the salad, then had to explain to the person how to thaw the chicken. (She used to work at Casey’s) After purchasing a snack and drink, had a seat, to wait. After about 30-45 min the person said her salad was ready. They handed her a HALF full salad bowl, with hardly anything on it. She went to check out and told the person at the register that her order was incorrect, and showed the person. They gave her half off after telling her they would make a new one. They then tell her that the “half off was for the salad she was originally given.”

Dirty bathrooms. Todays date is 4/25/23. The state of this store as a franchised chain is completely unacceptable. The owners response of “we’re not firing on all cylinders” isn’t enough. I marked the date because this is 2 months from the first review. There’s no progress. The mens smells of urine so bad because it’s soaked into the grout. The toilet seat is held on with one bolt. And it’s obvious that the only thing that happens in here is sweep it out and mop it with the dirty mop water from the rest of the store.

I just stopped at Casey’s for a hot chocolate. They were out of hot chocolate, and the White Chocolate Cappucino I added to my coffee was just hot water. Same with one of the cold brews I added. So I basically paid $2 for hot water with creamer. Disgusting. The area was dirty as well-I won’t be going back any time soon.

I’m a doordasher an I’ve always had to wait 20+ minutes for anything from the kitchen.. and now I have waited 30+ minutes and they just put the pizzas in the oven when my pick up time was 8:14 I got here at 8:08 an just now leaving at 8:42 Very unprofessional I don’t know how people are still ordering from this store at least use a different store because this store doesn’t care about how they treat there “customers” an I would never come here with my own money!

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this store. I had a deal DIRECTLY FROM THE CASEY’S APP. It was 1 Julle device & 2 pods for $2.99. I showed the cashier the deal which clearly stated what was included in in the deal & the price. She not only refused to honor it she got very rude & yelled at us when I told her its directly from The Casey’s app why would you not be able to honor it? Can you at least scan it? I don’t understand what the issue is? We went down to the Casey’s on Barry. Not a single problem with the transaction. The cashier was very nice he did not try to get out of honoring the deal which again was DIRECTLY FROM THE CASEY’S APP. Quick easy transaction treated with respect as we should have been at this location.

Placed an online delivery order at 6 o’clock was given an 90 minute. Went to the store to pick up the order where my order cannot be found. Order was never kicked back order was never declined. Tried to call and place an order. The store manager who is answering the phone in the pizza department tells me that they are closed. This is at 8:24 PM when I bring it to her awareess that there’s actually website print that says you were not close until 11 o’clock. She tells me she doesn’t have any employees which is not my problem I would like someone to contact me back in regards to this because this is absolutely unacceptable.
