Soooooo I ordered a pizza last night at 10:10pm pick up was at 10:38pm i just grabbed my pizza and wings and went to my car. As I’m driving home it was dark and I decided i was going to eat a slice on the way home. Well once I got home my husband opened the pizza and was really confused to see it like this. All the slices still stuck together with cheese none of the crust edges are touching no pepperoni from one slice lining up with another. Also some slices are LITERALLY LAYING ON TOP of others some slices aren’t even touching other slices. You can tell the crust of some slices are from a completely different pizza. Not only is this disrespectful and disgusting it didn’t seem to be an issue to Casey’s manager.

This store is absolutely terrible.More times than not when going to this store, they don’t have pizza available or a bunch of the snacks other Casey’s have. The customer service is awful too. There have been many times I’ve gone to check out (like 5 minutes ago) where I’m not even acknowledged by the cashier. Not a hi, a verbal total, are you Casey’s rewards, nothing. Not a single word. It’s wild how much better run the Greenwood store 5 miles away is run in every conceivable way. Take the extra time and drive elsewhere, this store is terrible.

Ok.. normally I don’t leave reviews.. we got there 40 min after ordering like it said and still had to wait 20 min as they didn’t start it. But as we are waiting, the front counter kid walks into the back as a kid in a north face jacket and chiefs beanie approaches us for money for “gas”. We don’t carry cash on us so had to say sorry, no. Watched another customer give him money. He went to the front counter to share a vape with the kid working. And proceeded to talk about their friends as we were walking out. Definitely will never go back here!!!
