Apparently, now the staff asks if you want your change back or not. I tried reach manager. after being left on hold for 13 minutes, I decided to just leave a review. I’m not sure why it is they don’t think people want their change back. We work for our money and change. Adds up to a loaf bread or milk. But I’m not about to leave my change for somebody else to spend, however, as they please or because the company doesn’t want to pay their employees. I’m surprised they didn’t ask for a tip. Personally, I should be tip bringing you our business.

Ordered pizza for delivery, didn’t get the right pizza, and got super old wings we didn’t order and a random half made taco pizza that was just old refried beans and sausage. Went to the store and was told I needed to bring the food back first. Then was told that Doordash had to give my money back, but called door dash and they can’t do that unless they reach the store. The store never answered and still doesn’t answer the phone. So I’m out that money. I quit using this Casey’s. Made me never wanna use a Casey’s again. I can’t wait for QT.

This is the WORST Casey’s ever!!! I can go in anywhere between midnight and 3 am and the pizza is ALWAYS old!! I’ll ask the older lady that works in the kitchen during the week on overnight shift if she has any fresh pizza coming out anytime soon, and her response is ALWAYS NO!! They always try to tell me its only been in the warmer for about 45 mins, ( the response is ALWAYS 45 mins ). I know better!! I used to be a DM for C-Stores that made Pizza. I’ve tried to go on the App to order ahead in the middle of the night and it always tells me its going to be at least 70 mins…. ridiculous!!! Tonight a lady came in to pick up a Pizza that she either called in or ordered online, and the employee hadn’t even started to make the Pizza…the lady had to sit in her to wait for it…. it was 2 am!!!! The Management at this location is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Equipment is always broke and they are always out of product! Pumps are dirty, the lot always has a bunch of trash in it!! This store needs a NEW Manager and a NEW DM!! I can’t wait till Quick Trip opens in Excelsior Springs!!

Tried to call and order a pizza! No one ever answered! So drove out there to order in person the man that was making them was cussing and talking to himself and throwing pizzas so instead of ordering I was going to get a tea there was none then the guy working behind the counter with two black eyes and black teeth informed me that someone had stolen all of their telephones last night. WoW won’t be going there again.

This place always disappoints me I usually go about 4:30 in the morning (after I get off work and I work 35 min aways from them) and they never have breakfast pizza they don’t even have one in the process of being made…. and I ask them if they could make one like how long would it take and they just say there not going to make one right now… I don’t even get gas after that I just go somewhere else… they obviously don’t care at all about customers…

Don’t waste your time here! Food is never out. I wanted 1 slice of pizza and asked the girl behind the counter when she would have some out and she said it’s going to be a long time. Very rude! I always have experiences like this at this store. Management better do something before they lose All of their customers!
