I don’t even know where to start. My boyfriend ordered two pizzas with two sides at 5:00 PM yesterday. It said it would take 25 minutes so 15 minutes after we ordered it we went down there. It took us 15 minutes to get there so it should’ve been already ready. My boyfriend went in there And they told him that it wasn’t ready that it would be another 20 to 25 minutes. Which makes me to believe that they hadn’t even started it yet. I sat in the car in the parking lot watching about 20 people go in and out with their pizzas but my boyfriend was not one of them. We got there at around 525. We left there at 6:25. We waited over an hour for our pizzas. At that point they should of gave us a refund. My boyfriend told me that there was no sense of urgency on their part, and on top of that they were out of both sides that we had ordered. Unfortunately this was the first time we had ordered from them and it will definitely be the last. The employees were careless. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 16 years and this is unacceptable. Terrible terrible location.

I really wish I could give this location less than one star. Went this morning, and tried three, yes THREE pumps and none of them were working. I was going to go in to talk to the attendant, but he was standing there in a wife beater getting dressed for the morning. Seriously? Do we not get dressed before we go to work? Honestly, this location is the absolute worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The pumps don’t work, the employees don’t even bother to get dressed before they come to work, they’re consistently out of 90% of their retail products, they’re more expensive than the Casey’s on Woods Chapel, and basically you’re wasting your time to come here. Convenience? Not when three pumps take more than 5 minutes each and they still do not register your payment. If I wanted to see wife beaters and armpit hair, I would have gone somewhere else. Certainly not a gas station that is supposed to be more on the upscale side. If employees are not dressed to even be cashiers, what on earth are the cooks dressed like who are making your pizza or other items?? Yep, I’m done. No more food, no more drinks, no more gas! To be quite honest, watching the cashier get dressed at the counter was repulsive. I cannot imagine what type of contamination is in the food. And don’t even bother stopping for gas, as their pumps never seem to work. And as a side note, last time I was there, a very nice female cashier told me that their pumps do not work 90% of the time. So, management and owners surely know this, and simply don’t care!

Five years ago, I would go in every morning and the donuts would be fully stocked with several varieties. My favorite was the spin wheel and they don’t sell them no more. Now you’re lucky if you get a chocolate covered donut. I wish it would go back to the way they used to be. Their biscuits and gravy are very small and their breakfast bowls are very small, the quality and quantity has gone down so bad over the last five years. I’d like to see it improve as we go there daily.

This morning, I stop at Casey’s even though I normally get my morning coffee at Quick Trip everyday. I noticed a sign that said, “any size coffee and a muffin…$3” so I get my coffee and look around for a muffin, but don’t see any, so I ask the clerk. She tells me they have no muffins currently. I ask, “Can I substitute it for a donut?” And guess what the lady said? “NO”!!!

The assistant manager Brandi Has no respect for Truck drivers and deserve to lose her job if she’s gonna threaten others jobs

They go through so many “Managers”, all they do is hire mouthy kids with power trips…. This Casey’s is the Worst one so far…

Ordered 2 gluten-free pizzas tonight. Only available in small (6 slices and $14.99 each). The combination was good but totally disappointed in the BBQ brisket. No jalapeño, chopped white onions instead of red onion slices. And the ranch “drizzle”? Puddles of ranch Puddles. But the Gluten-free crust was decent..except burnt

This was my first time having Casey’s pizza and it was delicious! Not only cheap prices that provided plenty of food, but came out fresh with commercial worthy melted cheese that pulled away on each slice. The manager was super sweet and will definitely be ordering again!

This location is an easy stop on my way home or away from my house. But I seldom stop. Today I did, and once again was reminded why I go to QT instead. Cashier is bopping his head to the music in his earbuds… doesn’t say hello, goodbye, have a nice day, or anything. Blank stare. If I don’t matter to you – then I guess my money doesn’t either. Until next year when I try again – good luck.

Cynthia the manager comes off very positive and has a sense of humor. Much appreciated. And the pizza maker Tristan? Got some hustle. I placed an order online outside the store and immediately went inside to ask realistically how long it would be. In the 30 seconds between my van to inside the store, he already had it made and it was in the oven. You may not think that’s big but I sure so. I don’t know how many times I’ve made an order and went inside other locations, and even though they didn’t have any other orders at all or were not busy asks, and it still took 40 minutes to get my pizza.
