Was told by a girl with a green stripe in her hair that I have to go to kitchen to order after waiting 4th person in line when I come in all the time they always insist I come to register and then they take the order back to the kitchen…. In the meantime I sat there waiting for a good while to place my order the other worker in kitchen was busy actually working and the counter girl just stood there and socialized with her friends that came in. Ended up just leaving it’s clear socializing with her friends is more important that her job

I visit the Casey’s store in Perryville MO almost daily. The service and food are outstanding, they say “hello welcome to Casey’s” when I enter and they always ask if found everything I need. There is always plenty of hot food items to choose from and the deli salads and food are great. I should also mention the fresh assortment of donuts and hot coffee. Casey’s makes it very easy for me to get what I need at just about any time of the day or evening…thank you

I went there one night with a friend who is 25 years old and I was buying something else and he was getting alcohol and an employee by the name of Raymie wouldn’t sell to him bcuz I was with him and then tonight I came in and she started saying I was just talking about you (to a new employee) and I say why and she says that one time when you tried to have someone buy alcohol for you and then starts rambling about cops and stuff, still yelling at me and not wearing a uniform, terrible management she should not be in a business where she deals with customers, ridiculous

I went in there were 2 guys standing there talking. One was cutting pizza. I asked if I could get a sandwich because there was nothing in til he cold case. Was told it would be 15 minutes. So I figured I would get a fruit cup because they had three of them. All of them went out of date 2 days ago. I don’t know what it going on but I always used to go in there for lunch now there is never anything in the hot or cold case and tonight there was but it was out of date. I understand being short hand but let’s keep thing in date at least

Worst experience ever had with Pizza. I’ve heard so much good about this place since I’ve been in the state of Missouri that finally order from there after being sick for days and not being able to eat and decide to get something good only to get a cold pizza in an hour and a half then be told it’s going to be another 45 minutes for them to pick this up and replace it with a hot one. So in order to get a warm not hot pizza it takes over 2 hours. Pretty sad when you can get better pizza from dominos for a third of the price.

They did not have much to change when it came to COVID prevention, they always keep the place clean and always sanitizing everything. But I love that I can get my pizza subs and salads fresh and ready to make my day complete. I wish they would bring back the tatoe cheesy bites tho.

Went in there with my boyfriend yesterday, stood by the sandwich area to have someone take my order, the lady who was prepping some already snipply told me “ go over there to take your order” so I did & the girl didn’t ask me anything like what kind of bread, cheese etc so when the last before started making my sandwich I asked her “ hey, can I get the zesty Parmesan instead” she literally rolled her eyes at me, I just brushed it off, because it could always be just a bad day but then she asked me if I wanted any cheese and I said “ yes please” which then led to her saying “ this is why you tell her everything you need when your getting your order taken” I’m not sure what everyone’s policy is with customer service but if I EVER talked to a customer the way she kept talking to me, I would have been fired immediately. Decent staff interactions (7/10), very inclusive as far as food and products available for folks on the road (to bad it is so far in town) (8/10) and the drinks prices are fair (8/10). Nothing special, but it is the best gas station in Perryville.

Casey’s in Perryville has the lowest prices on fuel in town and they’re fast. I work nights at TG and I stop by Casey’s for lunch many times. Their pizza is unbelievably good! Their cold wraps and sandwiches are always fresh, too. The late night staff is super friendly and I enjoy dealing with them. Keep your night ladies, Casey’s! They truly provide great customer service!!!
