My pizza I ordered for pickup had clearly not been handled with care as it was squished against one side of the box and they didn’t pull any of the additional part of my online order, when confronted about the missing part of the order the clerk crumpled up the receipt and had to be asked multiple times to hand it over. Do not order from here. At least not at night. They don’t put half as much toppings on the pizza as either the other Casey’s in Jackson or the one in Scott City.

We had called in a pizza order and when we arrived we stood at the counter while two employees ignored us. Finally, a man from the back waited on us. When we went to the cashier and asked him the price of a sale item in front of the register, he begrudgingly took two steps and returned to scan the price. So un friendly!

Horrible customer service We asked the manager if we could order lunch sandwiches at 9:45am she said yes. One of the associates walks over to start our sandwiches she word nor look at us she was upset that she was asked take sandwiches. Then another male associates shows up out of no where ask how many Sandwiches we were going to get I said 3 he says we’ll we don’t make sandwiches till 11am very unhappy customer do not recommend anyone to order from there . We still did not get sandwiches made even after manager approved it.

Typically I like Casey’s and their pizza is one of the best but this time I was a little put off as my pizza sat on the counter while the phone rang off the hook & I stood there waiting. It hadn’t made it into the pizza box yet. I stood there a good 5 minutes not sure how long my pizza had been sitting there. But I watched flies land on it multiple times. Kinda grossed me out. I’d say if you’re taking a pizza out of the oven at least cut it and put it in the box before answering the phone. The person on the line will still be there a minute later.

Go to the one on independence, the pizza is better. Taco pizza here hardly had any lettuce or chips on it, it’s like they ran out and decided to put 5 pounds of cheddar on top to hide the fact.
