Extremely unprofessional. I usually like to order a pizza from here. But when I did today, I was told the girl who runs the kitchen was outside smoking so I would have to wait to pick my order up. Then, when I saw someone in the kitchen a few minutes later, I went back up to the counter to ask of she was ready. The woman at the counter told me I would have to go back there to get my order. I did and still waited a couple minutes until another associate walked past me and I asked if I could get it. I do usually like it here, but Extremely rude and unprofessional in my book for costomer service.

Never answer the phone to take orders if you order online they don’t bother to make it so when you show up 30 minutes later you wait 30 more minutes

I put my order in at 6:58 and the email said my order would be ready at 7:18. I went in to get it and they didn’t even have the ticket to make the order, it was sitting up by the register and not turned into the pizza maker. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes while the rest of the food in my car was getting cold. I got home with my order and it wasn’t right. I ordered a supreme pizza with half black olives and half sausage and got neither. I ordered on the app and I have the email to prove what I ordered and they tried to tell me I chose no black olives and sausage, wrong

The pizza was falling apart and just poor quality. If I could include pictures, you’d see. Just order from the 42nd street location or not at all.

Very convenient, friendly staff, pizza is #1, a large variety of fresh food, cheaper fuel, great location, huge selection of candy so you can sugar up grand kids & send home, good size parking lot & Most of all FREE air!!!

You have to prepay for your gas. So if you don’t want to use a card you have to make 2 trips into the store. I will be looking for a gas station where you don’t have to prepay.

Received a taco pizza from Casey’s on Salem road the tomatoes are not diced and the pizza on one side is smashed on one side of the box I won’t be ordering from here again 2nd time ordering and still no better 42nd street in Mt.Vernon has the better pizza by far atleast they care and fix the problem
