I am a professional trucker thru out iowa,Missouri and Wisconsin whenever I stop at a Casey’s for lunch maybe 1 time in 8 I will be able to get a sandwich or a piece of pizza same old excuse were busy making takeout. I finally quit stopping at Casey’s, also posted a note on our drivers board in our office about Casey’s. Turns out a lot of drivers have had the same problem what a shame. Recently went on a day trip to Milwaukee with the family they wanted Casey’s pizza stopped at 3 different stores on the way home 1 store had a couple of sandwiches the other 2 nothing, this was from about 11:45 to 1:00pm same old story we are busy with takeout now my family and fellow drivers know why l don’t bother with Casey’s anymore. What a shame they have a good product when and if you can get it ! Just a observation Casey’s quit looking at bottom line and payroll and start looking at sales without sales you have neither of the other two. But I am just an (old trucker second career)and retired ( upper retail management) 1st career . Maybe a little corporate shake up or retraining would help .

I was one away from a free pizza I called and asked them how I go about ordering one and getting my free one. I was told I can pay for the 1st one and use my points for the 2nd when I pick them up. I order 2 pizza they said BOTH would be ready when I pick them up. I get there and this gal ( not the one I spoke with on the phone) had no idea what was going on first she couldn’t find my order when she does I had one pizza ready. She had no clue when I told her about the conversation I had with the gal I spoke with on the phone.Then tells me I can come back for my second pizza. ME- hey family here’s one pizza the next one will be ready 30 min to an hour.

great place for your “grab & go” stuff… staff are awesome, friendly folks – never a bad vibe… i go there so much that we’re almost like family… we’re a tiny town, but i’m way happy to have Casey’s here!
