I stop by every single week on Mondays. There is NEVER any hot food. I’m sick of it. No hot food in the cases and multiple employees always standing around.

Lived in this area for a long time, when the new Casey’s was built it went down hill. Every time I stop there is no food and if there is it’s dried up and nasty.

They almost never get my order right i have to check it in the store to make sure its right. And most of the time, its not. The cooks need to actually read the orders and stop twiddling their thumbs, not paying attention behind the counter. Get your acts together or fire your cooks and hire cooks that can actually do their job right.

I have lived in Andalusia for over 30 years. I have seen many of the same comments regarding the pizza. The original store had great pizza. Then the new store was built and the pizza went downhill fast. At first, I thought it was maybe the new ovens needed to be broken in or poor training of the pizza makers but it still sucks years later. I heard someone say the just other day that they always take their pizza home and finish cooking it themselves. It has never been cooked thoroughly. I, like most people like to have the cheese brown and bubbly and the crust firm but it does not happen. I have been driving 6 – 10 miles into Milan to get pizza. Including the Casey’s in Milan! That should not have to be when I live 3 blocks away. Other Casey’s stores are still good and have all heard the complaints and say “we know”. The Andalusia Casey’s just doesn’t get it! Done venting. Please fix it!

Had to give kudos a young man who works for you. I am not sure of his name but he was working today 2-1-22. I don’t frequent Casey’s but have stopped by a few times in the last two months. This young man has been cheery and kind each time. He is a nice change from a lot of overworked employees these days. He is an asset to Casey’s and you should consider him for a management position. Better hold onto his great service!

The employees are not trained very well. They seem to know nothing about the store. Orders are not completed on time and the food has gone downhill. Please re-train (or just train!) your employees on all procedures. And put receipt paper in the gas pumps for a change!

Told 35 minutes for two pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Intentionally showed up 10 minutes late because they are ALWAYS later than they say. I waited in the store for 40!!! Minutes longer. I seen them turn customers away from ordering sandwiches and no one was responsive. Worst customer service ever…too bad we have few choices in our small community.

About a hr ago I witnessed something that seemed like picking with another employee. I heard a alarm going off in the kitchen there was a young African american girl working hard cleaning and making pizzas in the kitchen. The manager I think her name said Jean or Jeanie took off to the kitchen. I heard her saying “You could have turned this off” the young lady said it was her second time in the kitchen and that she never used that machine before. The manager went on and got louder through out the store saying she sending the girl home for no reason. The African american girl left crying. Felt like she was abusing her authority. That girl did nothing wrong I watched. I will never be back to this store or spend another dollar here if this type of behavior is tolerated. That wasn’t right matter fact it was rude disrespectful and unprofessional the way people with a Lil more power make regular employees feel so low!
