Just ordered a pizza and after waiting 15min pass the time our cheese pizza was fine but the pepperoni was cold and obviously just thrown into the box. I try to call to ask about it and got no answer two times. This place is normally pretty good but was really unsatisfied this time. I won’t be bothering this place on a busy night again.

My wife wanted to buy me a cup of good coffee on our way home from a veterans function. This Casey’s store hasn’t had real sugar for coffee for the past several weeks. I commented again last week as I did the week before, that perhaps they could use one of the several 4lbs bags of sugar they still had on the shelf in a small cup or dispenser. They have used the same unrealistic excuse for the past three weeks. It seems they are to lazy or inconsiderate to justify any future visits from us or our team. Fortunately there are plenty of other better managed locations that would love to sell a cup of coffee to a 30 yr veteran on Veterans Day. God bless!

Jeremy needs to be fired. I called to order a pizza at 12 and was told it was gonna be an hour, so I told him no thanks. I went in there 15 mins later and he wasn’t doing anything. He didn’t have any orders and was just standing there trying to get my friends attention after telling me it was gonna take an hour for my food? (Edit) went in there after being told it was gonna be an hour and 30 mins. They lied and told us they had an order of 30 pizzas and didn’t. Jeremy lied yet again. Love this

Ordered pizzas for delivery through the app at 6:30pm says it will be 115 minutes I was fine with that, I ended up calling at 8:55 pm. I asked if it would be much longer on my delivery, first he says it’s not expected until 8:47 which is what the app says I didn’t ask for it at any specific time, just how long they told me it would be, I said yeah, it’s past that time. He then proceeds to tell me that he’s going to have to cancel my order because there’s nobody there to make it and that he’s there all by himself. So I’ve got hungry kids who waited over two hours for pizza to come and right before every other place closes in town. Maybe somewhere in that two hours they could have called? Being that in two hours they still hadn’t had these pizzas even started? I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how this even happens on a Saturday night at that? All I was told is that my money would be back in my account. WOW. And the point of telling me when they were “due” was for what exactly? When you knew full well that they weren’t even made and that you can’t deliver them? Hmm, yeah. Doesn’t make sense.

Ordered online so it was supposed to be easy…it said 100 minute wait time…that seams extremely long but I get it so ok. 2 hours later after ordering….still no pizza so I call but they weren’t any help except to say “I think it’s probably with the driver”. A little bit later (now more than 2 hours after ordering and 4 starving kids ready to eat the walls) the pizza finally shows up. After opening the pizza boxes, each one looks like the driver was taking off road driving courses since each pizza was squished to the side and tearing apart! So after waiting more than 2 hours for 2 pizzas, we get messed up squished pizza slices. Never again.

I was passing through town and decided to stop here to grab a grilled chicken wrap. I was very dissatisfied with it. It was cut weird and it was very tiny and it had very little ingredients in the wrap. I maybe got about 4 or 5 bites out of it total. I paid $7.14 which included a drink. One part of the wrap didn’t have anything but few pieces of chicken and a sliced tomato. I would have turned around but I was in a hurry. I’ll more than likely will not be returning to Casey’s. A lot of their stores are really filthy and their food quality has gone downhill over the years.

We ordered last year and they forgot our order and took 3 hours to get our food and all we got was an order of cheesy bread to make it right. We decided to give it a chance tonight. We literally live 5 min away. We are now going on hour and a half of no food and they aren’t here yet! The delivery said they were supposed to be here 30 min ago. My boyfriend and I will have a bet going on what excuse they’ll make this time.

I order and frequent this particular Casey’s because it is very close to my home. Tonight (02/21/18) I ordered a pizza and they were very busy, but as it’s convenient I placed my order and waited. When I got home with my pizza it looked absolutely delectable! It was made by Jaron (I hope I spelled his name right) and he did a spectacular job executing this pie. Nothing fancy, half cheese and half pepperoni, but superb nonetheless. This is not rare but definitely worth mentioning that if u call and get Jaron in the kitchen he won’t let u down!

Always 60-90 minutes for an order, dont matter if its busy or zero customers. And expect to wait an extra 10 minutes since they wait til last minute to start on your order. And 80 minutes to get a sub????????
