CASEYS!!! I love your food so this is hard to do but I work overnight shift, so I stopped in during the day to ask for the time that the kitchen closed and they told me 10pm. So that night I called to order food and they said they were down because of deep cleaning the oven. That’s understandable but since then I’ve called at 9:30pm 5 diffrent times and there oven is down for deep cleaning. So I’m confused your site says you can order food up intel 10pm but clearly you can’t. SO I’m curious what time does the kitchen shut down at so I can order food?? Also change your site so people don’t believe it’s 10pm I don’t mind if if the kitchen is closed early just don’t false Advertise.i will change this review once there’s a conclusion thanks.

Customer service and the store has gotten much better since they first opened. When they first opened it was horrible- had many issues with rude employees/orders not correct. For the last two months, we’ve had no issues. The food is delicious! Try the pizza, you won’t be disappointed. Customer service is great now- they want to help you and actually have a clue. Called and ordered 3 pizzas for a family, they gave me my total and all, only got 2 pizzas but they also didn’t charge. They couldn’t even find any ticket for the order because they were so unorganized. When I called to try to fix it they wouldn’t offer any type of discount for having to come back after their mix up. Very disappointed in how they handled their own mix up.
