I stop here before work all the time, at least twice a week at around 10:45 am -11:00 for lunch specifically for pizza slices and recently you don’t have any ready. It wastes my time since I have to stop in there just for that and have to turn around and go somewhere else which has made me late for work once or twice too. I’m not wasting my time anymore and won’t be back. Lost a good customer since I filled up my fuel there all the time too because of the food.

I give up. It’s been weeks since you’ve had pizza in the warmer and that’s literally the only reason to shop there over other gas stations. I’m not wasting my time driving across town only to find yet another empty pizza warmer again. Lost a regular customer.

This was probably the most disgusting gas station I have been to. Floors were sticky everywhere. Slushee machine is broken and just leaking on the floor. The pink haired kid making pizza was sneezing on himself and still cooking food. Then he goes ahead and gives me a half cooked still cold pizza that I couldn’t even choke down a bite of. Absolutely horrifying experience. I call to provide feedback and the manager hangs up on me twice.

The order was done online and said pick up for the pizza would be 15 mins and they hadn’t even started the order when I got there. The kid in the back did a lot of cussing and throwing stuff around. “Not good at all”. But the pizza was very good and the cashier was very apologetic and helpful. I know everyone has bad day’s.

Not at all impressed. Used fleet card at the pump, only for it to be rejected. Was then informed the card reader was down and that I would have to pre pay inside before fueling. It would be one thing if this was the only Casey’s that has done this to me. When I’m on the run, I don’t have time for these games. Time is money… And today, you lost mine

Came in about 10 pm asked them to make me a couple pizzas. They not only did a great job but they brought it to me in my car when it was done. The guys were so nice and pizza was excellent

I’m not one to usually complain, but we bought a single topping breakfast pizza-half sausage and half bacon-and Stephanie (the cashier) charged us for a 2 topping pizza. I kindly explained to her that it was a split one topping and she argued and charged me for the 2 topping. I used to manage for Caseys General Stores, and so i knew she was incorrect, but the attitude she gave me took away my want to argue it further. I’m disappointed. I have not had this trouble at the Glencoe Casey’s. I guess we will make the trip to Glencoe for pizza from now on.

I enjoy their bacon breakfast pizza.the staff has always treated us nice. It’s where we begin our family road trips when we need gas and are leaving town.
