This location is awful. Truly awful. The only thing that sets Casey’s apart from other gas stations is the pizza. Good luck getting it. Either the kitchen is closed entirely, the doors are locked when they claim to be open, or it’s just simply not there. Time after time I end up at Kwik Trip five minutes after trying to get something here.

Not the Casey’s I grew up knowing. Lucky to find any gas pumps that are open as majority are always covered with bags and today one was missing a pump hose altogether. No cleaning fluid in any of the bins and trash overflowing in garbage cans. Inside is always very limited on what’s in stock. Always unsure if I’m going to have to stop at another gas station.

I don’t know who manages this Ham Lake Caseys, but it’s the worse run Casey’s I’ve ever been to. The pizza is great, but I can’t tell you how often I get there and the pumps are down. Or theres no sandwiches stocked. Thank goodness the gas station across the street has stayed so I can get fuel when I need it. I was at a local barber, and we happened to discuss the Casey’s, and he mentioned he saw a girl out by the gas pumps twerking and recording it on her phone. Then someone asked for the manager to get assistance, and she put her phone down to go respond. The manager! Twerking in the parking lot? I don’t know if that is true, but honestly, given the way the place is run, it honestly wouldn’t surprise me.

If” Meatloaf” lived near this Casey’s, it would have been “3 out of 12 ain’t bad”. Wow only 3 pumps working, shaking my head. Well the slice of pizza was great, good job and staff was very friendly. So your doing what you can.

Gave this place so many chances to fix their pumps but every time I go here something doesn’t work. Pumps stop before full, leaking handles, handles don’t operate, card readers broke, display buttons broke, closed when they should be open, etc… It’s always something!

Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve had issues with the pumps. Often most pumps are out of order with 2-4 pumps working. During two of the resent visits I’ve had when stopping here I’ve tried to swipe my card at one of the working pumps and it would not process. I attempted more then once before having to drive to another pump in order to purchase gas (with the same card). Without fail the garbage cans are always over flowing.

Pumps are down 50% of the time & they are never stocked with receipt paper. (Need it for a gas app). I hate this gas station but its convenient for me.

E85 pumps are down and no signs up. When you let them know that is when they tell you they are not working. I let them know they should put signs up and the employee just said, “People pull them down, so we don’t put them up.”

Dirty…. Dirty…..Dirty! Empty dispensers and dirty coffee area, leaks from the refrigerated items in the food area, nothing looks swept or mopped. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty would recommend stopping anywhere else to use the toilet. Very slow service behind the counter. May be short staffed but Casey’s you need to step it up!

Good for using the bathroom or getting gas (if you pay at the pump) but if there are more than a couple of people inside plan on spending some time. They typically only have one register running and they don’t really seem to have a clue how to use it. Other workers just stand around and watch the line get longer and longer. This is the last time I will be going there.
