This was one of my favorite places to grab pizza for many years. Around 2 years ago it started falling and continues to spiral down. It’s been around 4 months since I’ve eaten there and thought I would give it another chance and see if it had improved. Unfortunately it’s even worse. My pizza was supposed to be ready in 15. I arrive 20 minutes later to find the pizza sitting there with flies on it will they attempted to find the toppings to complete taco pizza. They finally gave up and said they didn’t have any toppings for it… They might as well just give up making food at this location.

I like this Casey’s, always open on my drive from Rochester to Minneapolis. The employees are always friendly and the store is clean. Only thing is the hot food is never really stocked like I’ve seen at other Casey’s. But still a good location

My experience at this Casey’s was 50/50. I received amazing customer service from Kelly but on the other hand watched an African American worker have a horrible attitude towards other employees. As I was standing there she made a remark to another coworker “laugh again” and laughed. I don’t know the situation but that attitude should not be shown in a public area especially your job. I regularly goto Caseys all over the states for work and when I get good customer service I try to post my reviews. Kelly you turned my whole experience around and props to you. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Pumps are always out of paper. The reason you pay at the pump is so you don’t have to go inside and wait in line. Doesn’t matter which one I go to, pumps are always out off paper. Bathrooms are always dirty.

I shop here frequently, the over night guy that looks like hes been wearing the same pants and shirt for 2 weeks needs to close his Yap when checking out customers I was standing in line and the hot coffee I was holding finally got to my hand and it burned me. I went into crabby mode instantly

I hope this gets to the cashier and I can find a way to repay him. I’m 2.5 hours from home and have been in the car since 7 this morning with my cranky 3 year old and her dad. I stopped at this location on my way home for an energy drink and a sandwich to snack on and wake me up as I can feel how heavy my eyes are at this point. I pumped gas prior to going in and my card declined multiple times, I am completely embarrassed as I knew I had more than enough funds to cover it all. There was a line of people behind me, he could’ve just told me tough luck and let me walk but he offered to pay the difference. He said he’d consider it his dinner. I can’t thank him enough for this and wish I could find a way to repay him. You have no idea how much that truly meant, with how messed up this world is today, he was kind enough to so graciously offer his own funds. I got to my car and got an alert from my bank.. as I’m 2.5 hours away from home, they had locked my card thinking it was fraud. I was already struggling and his kind gesture truly went a long way. The cashier was amazing as she was running two registers. I was not impressed with customer service when trying to get a wrap. I stood there with my three year old for a while and the young woman working peered at me several times. An elderly woman came up next to me and then the woman addressed the elderly woman but not me. The worker seemed annoyed. I asked to get a veggie wrap and she sighed audibly and told me she doesn’t have the products for it, though I was staring at all the vegetables so I asked “do you just not want to” and she rolled her eyes. I bought my son his slice of pizza and left. Very unethical and rude.
