I really only go here because it’s a block away from my house. Even if it’s super busy, kwik trip gets me in and out a million times faster than Casey’s. Most of the time there’s only one register person working (when there is a line of 5+ people waiting to be checked out), while the other cashier stands next to the one that’s actually working and talks to them. This morning I had to wait for the cashier to finish smoking outside before I could get checked out. Now I’m all for taking smoke breaks don’t get me wrong, however if there’s a customer waiting and you’re not on a punched out break your top priority should be the customer, not your cigarette. I used to love coming here and now I really don’t anymore because of the slow (and sometimes nonexistent) service. No wonder why kwik trip is always poppin’ and Casey’s is empty a lot of the time. The one on the other side of town is a lot better though!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. We went into order a pizza the person working behind the counter, basically ignored us and pretended we didn’t exist, and to pay $17 for a gas station in Pizza. Ridiculous. Will never be going back again.

I have been to Casey’s all over the midwest, including the smallest towns in Iowa. I have never experienced such a consistently empty pizza display as this place has. Even when there are slices, you rarely get a selection. When this location opened I told all my friends to go enjoy the best pizza in the world and they have the same feedback.

I’ve never gotten gas here but was lured by a coupon and all the word of mouth on the place. The location is nice and clean and the sub I had was really good. I had a simple ham and cheese. The bread was excellent, nice and soft, the meat was piled high and there was a nice selection of fresh veggies and other toppings. I would certainly buy the subs again as the meat was excellent and unlike the very well known sub shop on every corner….Casey’s doesn’t skimp on the meat!

My experience is almost good most of the time, I wonder why the only 2 black teenage girls are always cleaning???????????? Also while the Manager and other coworkers fratinize with people (men) who not purchasing things. If they are not working as a TEAM this could possibly turn into some type of discrimination and it doesn’t look good on Casey’s behalf! Trust alot of people have noticed when the teenagers are there alone on weekends when drunks and rude people are in, I’ve took time out my day to stay in the store and to make sure the girls were safe while the adults do bare minimum and refuse to work weekend nights……… Get it together or find a new team of managers

I was excited that Casey’s was finally open after hearing about it for a long time. I ordered a six inch sub and a burger and it took the staff 8 minutes to make the sub and well over 20 to make a burger. It wasn’t overly busy at the time. There were other customers also frustrated with the wait for their food. The food itself was just fine, but not worth that sort of a wait. I know it has just opened and they are working kinks out…but if you want food, order ahead…far ahead

Clean store but just another gas station honestly. Seems like a lot of options for hot food but the kitchen worker didn’t notice me standing there for a long time. I ended up grabbing a slice of pizza but there were only 2 slices available and the pizza was eh, the pizza was chewy yet the crust was really hard and dry. Honestly just save yourself the time and go to Kwik trip.

I’ve ordered pizza more than 5 times from here and it always tastes great, but staff can be inattentive and picking up the pizza is always different every time. Sometimes I’ll go to the register and they’ll tell me to go to the kitchen line, then the next time it’s the complete opposite. It can be more organized.

The old skinny lady working the register today was a very very rude old woman.. disrespecting me and my mom and smarting off to us she’s lucky I didn’t punch her with her mouth so if that’s how everybody wants to get talk to I wouldn’t go there and spend any off your money at that place for people like her
