Ordered pizza. They put wrong toppings on for pizza. The ticket on box said right toppings. Paid at 918 pm. Checked pizza while leaving and noticed the error. They apolgized but no refund and wouldnt make new pizza. Said oven was off. Kitchen closes at 10 pm. Wont order from there again. Lost my business for good.

Nice big store for a small town like Belle plaine. Only had one bad experience and that was where their card machines were down and could only afford a grilled chicken that was kinda old but I needed to eat something on the way to work. Otherwise I haven’t had bad experiences at this store. Cashiers were friendly and the store was clean for the most part.

Order pizza done on time. But missing ingredients guess it was to hard read the order. 30 miles round trip guess I will just go back to frozen pizza it tastes better……

Ordered pizza here and they said 50 minutes. Ordered at 834pm and got here at 930 and they haven’t started anything! No phone call saying hey we haven’t gotten to them yet or anything. Then was told it’ll be an additional 20 minutes. Glad I have time to burn…

They put the wrong toppings on the pizzas we ordered, and when I pointed this out there was no apology or refund of any sort. Had to sit there and wait for the new one which was fine but they could have at least apologized or threw us some kind of freebie in lieu of their mistake.

Since opening their new location in Belle Plaine Iowa, the menu has grown. They now offer freshly made subs, breakfast biscuits, croissants, and a lot more. The setting area is roomy and kept clean. I would recommend this location to all residents and anyone just passing through.

Since the new building it’s a lot nicer and things were still reasonable but we’ve had a bad wind storm go through, and they brought in a generator finally to run the fuel pumps the gas price has jumped $.60 higher than other stations in town for non ethanol fuel to run the generator. They’ve lost all of my fuel business.

This store is not in force, the county’s mandated must where a mask… I spoke to manager at store about my concern.. and she told me she cant force anyone to put on a mask..Its people like this that we continue to have covid 19 breaks outs.. Casy’s obviously is not educating their managers and in return employees are not educated… This negligence I personally have contacted corporate office about my concerns 2 weeks in a row.
