I tried calling three different times tonight to order some pizzas…no answer each time. Tried ordering online, not an option at this store. I never got ahold of anyone. I had to go buy Chad’s Pizza instead. I’ve never had this issue at Farleys caseys…i would suggest going there. The Dyersville store is a joke.

Every weekend I visit here and the staff is always amazing. I wanted one particular donut one day and they where out of them. The staff went ahead and made some right there while I waited! I ended up taking a dozen lol.

I stopped in the first time, great service, and they even made me a burger at six in the morning, really appreciate that especially when you work third shift, but tonight has sucked, I’ve tried calling to see if i had left my wallet there and no one picks up the phone, I wonder how hard it would be to try and get ahold of them for food, other then that 1.7/5

The pizza at Casey’s has went downhill over the last few years but this time around was the worst and I will never order from them again. The two pizza’s I bought were not what I ordered and one was burnt and the other was not all the way done. I paid for garlic crust and extra toppings and both pizza’s had neither. The barbecue chicken had very little barbecue, you could not even taste it. Worst pizza I have had from Casey’s and I have been ordering pizza for years from them.

This store seems to be struggling. It’s my go to stop for coffee and hot chocolate after my wife and I have supper in town. During the last few stops they didn’t have hot chocolate in the machine. Last night at 6:30 they had no coffee, the machines were sort of torn apart but nothing was going on, no hot chocolate, a few cups, trash all around the area and dried spills on the floor. Not what Casey’s normal looks like. The store was not busy and there seemed to be enough staff to take care of the basics.
