Horrible…Just plain Horrible!!! Heres my Pepperoni Pepperoni pizza!!! Then their attemp at a re make!!!! Also delivered my breadsticks with NO SAUCE!!! RESPONSE TO CASEYS……..No thanks. I dont want your free stuff. All I will say is look at the first pizza. If an employee sent that out they KNEW they sent it out like that. They just didnt care. They should be terminated. Period.

I have ordered pizza here before and have never had such a bad experience as tonight. NO sauce on the pizza. I should have ordered popcorn chicken that was the size of the wings and would have got more of them. Oh and to top it off 12 minutes late for delivery.

Waiting to pick up the pizza I ordered. Waiting…..Waiting……..Waiting………..well its been 15 minutes and not one employee has engaged me however four employees looked at me. I guess I will leave and you can have them. Worst experience ever I would say I’ll never go to Casey’s again but since it is literally the only place in town I guess I have to.

Worst Casey’s in town used to be the only Casey’s in town I would go too will not go there any longer always have to go to a different Casey’s in town because there always out what I need someone needs to learn how to run that store!!!

I’ve never had a problem with this place until a few days ago, but it sounds like it’s not their fault. They say because of covid19 you can’t order a sandwich over the phone, just online. Although, you can order a pizza on the phone. What? Someone explain to me what the difference is and how it would help covid19 in anyway?? Lol so I called a different Casey’s in the same town and they took my order over the phone. Weird!

Gas pump is always out paper for receipt. So pay with debit card, you have to go in for your receipt. Thanks Caseys for being an inconvenience store when it comes to that. Another instance of big corporation crapping on loyal customers.]

Freshly made sandwiches have plenty of meat, cheese, and veggies piled on them. The sandwich maker is friendly. The cashier is speedy and polite. I notice how clean the floors and windows are. The prices for the sandwiches are reasonable. Casey’s is a highly valued business for the Creston, Iowa community. Thank-you!!!

The service was horrible! We waited for over an hour even after we called in and they said it would by only 30 minutes. Then they gave our pizza to someone else and had to remake our order. They did give us a discount for all the hassle.
