The lady who works in the morning and drives a bronco is extremely rude to customers. She scoffed at a healthcare worker who was buying donuts for her coworkers? Why, I don’t know, “she doesn’t need to buy all the donuts” then she called me grody because I had a lottery ticket that got spilled on. Line of customers waiting and she decides to wipe down a door during morning rush. This ‘grody’ guy spends HUNDREDS of dollars here a month and I am FED UP with the staff.

One card machine doesn’t work and they always only have that one open. 15 people in line 1 person in the register that doesn’t work while the one that works is closed. 2 or 3 other stocking. Absolute disaster everytime I walk in. Takes 15 minutes to get in and out. ONLY at this caseys.

I’ve gone there probably 3 times for lunch in the last couple months. My lunch is at 1130 so the warmers should have at least one option for lunch pizza. They literally have no lunch pizza in the warmer and if there is pizza it’s breakfast pizza. There’s no sandwiches usually just cheesy potato bites. I’m not the only one who noticed this few people who I work with also complain and say if you want lunch go somewhere else. I’m not usually one to do reviews but this store is awful

Terrible service, long lines, always one register open always doesn’t work, if there are several people working they all will sit there and look at the lines and not help get the lines cleared up, they all know a certain register doesn’t work but still use it, nice people but the equipment they are working with and how the place is ran is a joke sorry to say, only caseys I’ve had issues with, if I didn’t like Caseys so much I’d be going to Yesway

My family was just in for a quick slice of pizza……this lady ( long red hair)was complaining about her manager to the co worker in the pizza kitchen. It was more than my wife could do to keep the little ones from hearing. Unprofessional to say the least.

Great service, I had a USB to car charger purchased here, mfg was Duracell, I tried it asnd it failed tgo work. Went back inside amnd the lovely cashier exchanged it for a Solaray USB car charger with no hassle.

The store did not have any fresh brewed ice tea made at tbw time of my visit. I stopped to use the facilities and purchase ice tea but they did not have any. If I could give this store less than one star I would.
