Kevin, Jeff, Rose, and Dale make this place feel like home. They make this Casey’s note worthy. Friendly familiar faces. Jeff and Rose work diligently in the background to keep things running smooth. Dale and Kevin are like an old married couple…. Bantering back and forth with each other and customers make it fun. I look forward to my morning Casey’s visit because of the great people working here. This place would make a good TV sitcom.

When we first started coming to this Casey’s two years ago, everything was fantastic. Unfortunately in the past 6 months, the kitchen area of this store has really gone downhill. The last four times we’ve ordered, there were very long wait times(no matter time of day or day of week) as well as missing their pickup times by 10-30 minutes. Not sure what’s going on, but the service has slipped quite a bit. The rest of the store is great though. Always friendly at the register and always well stocked in the coolers.

I would rate this place zero stars if possible. Absolute garbage at customer service, their pizza was terrible and the past two times pizza has been late, like way late. Jordan also hung up on me, that should be looked into. Very rude, very poor people skills. I’ll never order from this Casey’s again. What a joke.

Kitchen went beyond for me for a sandwich that was discontinued. Found a way still make it and was better than original. Store manager was busy doing truck order but still found time to greet me and talk to me. Than to drop what he was doing to help young lady upfront when a line formed.

I go to this Casey’s frequently as I live nearby. The evening staff, 2 younger guys are phenomenal, very welcoming, knowledgable and I look forward to seeing them. The day staff is usually a different person each time I come in.. much less friendly, the girl today was not helpful in any way and totally different atmosphere. The management has always been great but I highly recommend meeting with your day staff and having them train with your regular evening employees who know what they’re doing…

My buddy Dale Klocke manages this Casey’s. I called for a Taco Pizza on a yucky, cold day. 24 minutes later, I picked up a hot, fresh Taco Pizza! The friendly young woman that made this one did a fine job!

Their is a young lady that works there that has absolutely no customer service skills. I put my stuff on the counter and she gave me a look like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn’t say hi or anything, just rang up my items. She told me the total and walked away. I was paying with my card but could have easily taken my items and left without paying. I saw that when she left, she walked back to the bathroom. I will go out of my way from here on to go to a different gas station.

This is a Casey’s that I stop by on my way to take my boyfriend to work and it’s always like 5 AM like right in the morning when they open and I always get biscuits and gravy And sometimes I just don’t have them prepped yet and I just wait patiently but this morning when I went in they had them already to go because they knew I was coming in I wish I knew the lady’s name but she’s a sweetheart So I highly recommend this place great service great people I gave out a five out of five thank you so much for making my day that’s why I’m making this review
