I’ve lived here in Pleasantville for almost 3 years. Consistently the pizza is an issue. Multiple return visits to get it fixed due to missing toppings or toppings we didn’t order or too many onions to where it’s overpowering. Tonight we decided to try the new BBQ Chicken pizza. What a disappointment. I figured a BBQ pizza would have BBQ sauce on it (at least more than a drop or two). And I think there was chicken and bacon but the overpowering taste of onions killed any other flavor. And just look at the pizza itself. Aren’t pizzas supposed to round and not looking like someone threw the dough at the wall first?

I ordered a taco pizza and they didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t have no hot sauce after I ordered it and when I got home I realized there wasn’t any tomatoes on it I called them to let them know they forgot the tomatoes and they said they were out. That would have been good to know when I ordered the pizza

Went in for lunch since it is the only place in town to eat that is open for lunch on Mondays. Asked about getting a sub and was rudely told by cashier that it had to be ordered online. Was then told that even if I ordered it online, it would still be a 30 minute wait. Never been to a caseys that you HAD to place your order online. Will definitely not be back in this store again.

Horrible customer service, call for an hour straight trying to order pizza and they don’t know how to answer their phone, and out of curiosity went and stood by the kitchen and called the store and they just ignored the phone ringing in which I’m calling then casually walks over to the phone and picks up after two minutes of ringing and hangs it right back up. Will be reporting kitchen staff to corporate cause fortunately enough for me I know a few people in the corporate office. If you can’t answer a phone then go find an office job where you can be lazy and get paid for it.

The restrooms were nice and clean. Good ready to eat food in the case, like wraps and little packs of apples and cheese.

I mean it’s Casey’s. You can’t go wrong stopping here. Gas, food, munchies, funny guy behind the counter always makes me laugh. I will drive extra out of my way just to go to a Casey’s when I’m on the road.

This Casey’s is great at everything except putting food in the warmers that people like. Often there is no food at all. They put the strangest combinations of toppings on the warmer pizza, seemingly so they don’t have to cook more.
