Was just stopping in for a quick late night snack on my way home. Was getting 4 cookies and cashier was on top of her game offering I get 6 instead of 4 because it’s a way better deal! Agreed!

I left a 3 star review 9 months ago because of door dash not delivering, the food and staff were fine. Now 9 months later, the store is always out of half the drinks, never has enough hot food and it’s the worst Casey’s out of the 3 in town. Now a 2 star because the workers are still friendly but that’s the only convenience of the store.

The pizza was good however when I call in at 6:00 and am told it will be ready in 40 minutes I expect it to be ready when I get there at 6:44. But then to be asked three times what was your order while I’m waiting for. my pizza and then finally get it at 7:05. That is just poor service!

We have 3 Casey’s in town and this one is the Best outta the 3. The employees and managers are so helpful and friendly, if there was an option to give more stars hands down I’d give them more! Good Job, North side Casey’s!

I’ve ordered from the store in the past and they’ve been really good but tonight really surprised me. I have a daughter who is 4 months old and so I obviously could not leave her in the car, so it was very much appreciated that the kitchen employee realized I had my hands full and offered to help by bringing the pizza out to my Vehicle. The Employees here are very polite and I would definitely recommend them as a good Store to go to

I stopped at your store around 4:45 am OMG you have the best breakfast pizza I have ever had fresh and amazing! I also had a donut and it was amazing as well. I am from Des Moines and ya”ll need to come and teach them how its done! Awesome job! I definitely will be stopping there again!!

Terrible kitchen and delivery service. Placed an online order for the nightly special. At the end of the order the estimated time of arrival was 6:51pm. At 7:09pm I placed a call to inquire about the order and was told that it was in route. Waited around and at 7:22 we called again to report that it hadn’t been delivered and to check if the order had even been processed. We were told that they couldn’t tell us what he had ordered but it should arrive very shortly. Again we waited and at 7:35 we received a call and were now told that we had ordered for takeout.. How could that be if my order had been in route for delivery for 26 minutes? Doesn’t seem like the people working the kitchen have a clue what’s going on!! Terrible experience and will never use this store again. Will be contacting the manager asap

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The food has always been fresh and the service excellent. I wish it was bigger to accommodate cars better as it’s the most convenient gas station on the north side of town but that’s a minor issue.

My sister used to live across the street from this place. I always liked stopping in here. Its a nice old Caseys much like the one in my little town. Everything you would need out of a gas station plus that Pizza they sell.

The staff are rude and have no customer service on the night shifts. The manager at night the man is the rudest Man I have seems like he’s just there for the check. And with that attitude he isn’t going to get far, when I called to complain about my pizza order the man just argued with me. Not very customer friendly I’d say. GO DURING THE DAY!!!
