It doesn’t seem like anyone maintains the gas pumps regularly. I nearly always get my gas there and almost without fail several pumps have bags over them,or in today’s case it took my credit card and wouldn’t let me enter my rewards number. I also said the receipt and I got nothing. Missed out on $60 worth of rewards!

Sat at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to get the pizza I ordered. Bearded guy gave me my pizzas. Went home to just a crust. I guess people order pizzas all the time crust only as he said when I went back to get a chicken bacon ranch as i originally ordered.

Decided to order pizza for delivery tonight since I wasn’t feeling well. I ordered from the website and was given an estimated delivery time of about an hour. Not a big deal considering it was a Friday night. After an hour and a half, I finally called the store to get an update. They informed me that delivery was from a third party (which I didn’t know) and that no one came to pick it up yet. At this point the pizza had been sitting in the store for about 40 minutes. I asked if my order could be cancelled and was told they were unable to do so (even through my receipt said to call the store to cancel or change the order). The pizza finally arrived a little over two hours later and was cold and inedible. It is my first and last time ordering. Very disappointed. I try my best to support Hebron businesses, but this was frustrating.

This is by far the worst location. They are slow to respond to customers, mostly standing around talking amongst themselves, or there are 4 people in uniform wandering around ignoring the line. The kitchen staff are either extremely lazy or just don’t care about their job. During the busiest times, their food in never prepped. Everytime I come in they’re empty. Unlike the Demotte and Merrillville locations, which are always fully stocked. This location is just pathetic. I’d consider selling it to Family Express and put it out of its misery and the sad employees too.

I hate when I walk in to simply get a tea and a lady working the 10pm shift June 5th with long white hair in a braid is sitting there loudly bashing about other shifts on how they do everything to a young boy also being cashier. Where is your business etiquette. You don’t do that with customers in the store. Nobody wants to hear that stuff.

Listen. A hot Casey’s pepperoni pizza is absolutely amazing. You wouldn’t think that pizza from a gas station is anything special, but I would choose this pizza over any chain in town. Not only is the pizza amazing, ordering from the app is incredibly easy. I hear that the Breakfast pizza is really good too, I still need to try it. We have also tried the cheesy potato bites and the chicken bites…both were perfectly fine for the price, but nothing to get excited about.
