Always love when they give you major attitude for ordering a sub. Sorry guys didn’t realize I wasn’t suppose to order food here. Employees in the coolers doors wide open cussing about what the last shift did or didn’t do…. I goto school right down the road I’ll need lunch everyday it just won’t be here.

This Casey’s is a joke. For the last 10 months or so, I’ve had to go into the freezer myself to find what I want. They never stock the products. Never. The walk-in freezer is always completely full of new stock that there’s no room to even walk in. Same with cooler. Shelves always empty,yet there’s product sitting everywhere. Dude behind counter( semi-long hair, glasses,always on his phone…says he’s a manager and that’s not his job!!! Wow Casey’s. Cridersville and Elida are exceptional!!! Can’t believe 2 stores are so good and then a store in the same close proximity can be so awful. I mean awful……

Don’t go here if you need a receipt, blank out of the pump, can’t read what they give you inside. What a joke! Update… Now the credit card readers at the pump don’t work either. Awful place

Update……… We used to go here so often. Now it’s like it is not even the same store. Ever since the new management took over (prob over a yr ago), this place has went downhill. We used to order food weekly but not now. We don’t even try any more!!! Makes us sick because the food was so much better than most fast food joints near us. Items constantly out of stock too. Just went to get gas (6:45 on 5/7/23) and they were CLOSED. Not a soul in sight. What shame this has become. I can not believe how often we used to go here and now every time we try it’s yet another let down. Just a flippin’ shame that this has happened and no matter how many people complain, nothing is done about it.

Was there this morning waited 10 minutes with my 2 coworkers. We ended up leaving and going to arbys. Hope the chic outside smoking and talking on the phone enjoyed putting all our stuff back we left laying on the counter. If she makes $10.00 an hour she definitely way over paid.

Gas is always overpriced. BP down the road is always 10-15 cents cheaper for regular. Unleaded 88 is very misleading. It contains a lot of ethanol which is bad for cars not manufactured to run it. Premium is only 91 octane, but still priced the same as BP’s 93. Food is overpriced inside. The median they constructed in the middle of the road is inconvenient. +1 star for having e85, but that’s it.

Great staff everytime I go in. They are very friendly and willing to help. There’s a nice variety drinks and snacks. The pizza is pretty good as well.
