The shelves are like half stocked at all times. They’ve been out of my favorite gummy worms for almost 2 months. The kitchen is open 10% of the time I go in there and I’ve never seen fresh pizza. Most of the cashiers are nice and kind but the management seems to be pretty poor / they are not taking care of the store / they loudly speak about people in a non professional manner which i get it- you work at a gas station, but have some decorum.

All pumps are currently prepaid only. Once you treck into Casey’s itself to pay, the credit card reader there only works on about a fifth of credit cards in my experience. It took me double the time to refuel here as anywhere else and I do not recommend. It’s the worst refueling experience I have had in at least 5 years.

Would rate 0 if possible…Every time I’ve came in the past week to order the kitchen is either shut down or the kitchen person is back doing her nails or make-up and takes her time getting up after told…****ing ridiculous. Cashiers are snappy. Will not be doing my business here anymore…Not to mention they have s** offenders working here when there are children

Stopped here to get gas in the motorcycle after hearing it was now open. Nice that Upper now has another location in town again rather than all the way out to Rte 23. Didn’t go inside to see what was all available. Seen on the pumps that all grades contain ethanol, not sure if that is the same way at other stations.

I thought to give this place a chance again and drove 30 min. the kitchen had 2 people in there a new guy and Kee who was saying how she didn’t like someone who came in to get a pizza and was being very loud and rude about it before she went in the back room to get on her phone and continue to talk about this person for a few minutes while the guy looked like he was lost. I didnt bother ordering or purchasing anything because I didnt want to be talked about next THIS IS A BUSINESS NOT REALITY TV PEOPLE!!

Sandwich burnt ,hard as a rock around the edges and way under cooked in the center. Medium Taco pizza under cooked in the middle. Small cheese pizza and small pepperoni pizza were ok. No more 1 hr 20 min drive for caseys for us.

Upper Sandusky Casey’s. Usually come here to get a Italian sub in the morning before school. Site says they open at 5:00 am. Got there at almost 15 after 7 and they were still closed. Saw one other person pull in and pull out. Someone was CLEARLY in the store yet the place was locked.

All their E85 nozzles are broken and have been for over a week. the first one went bad months ago and they don’t fix them. The prices are way higher than any other gas station. Pop and food inside is 50% more than any other gas station and even their price of Ice is a dollar higher than anywhere else.

None of the card readers have ever worked as far as I’m aware, the lines on the inside are obnoxiously long when all you need is gas! I dread going here if it’s the closest station to me.
