Dresden Tennessee’s Casey’s used to be a great place to get great customer service in great food within the last 2 years this place is went downhill we visited tonight to get a pizza there was three people working two of them were on break in the kitchen. That left the register girl. all we wanted was one pizza and they told us it was going to take an hour this is unacceptable. There weren’t even any tickets hanging so I know there wasn’t any orders. The staff is never friendly anymore the story is always dirty I’m not the only one complaining I had a brother-in-law to try to order one pizza last week and they told him it was going to be an hour and a half with the same problem three people working two were in the kitchen and they were both on break at the same time. I worked there when this store first opened and we were held to higher standards than what is going on in the store now. All it takes is for you to make a surprise visit in the store some afternoon and you can see the problem. Never were we allowed to tell our customer that we could not get their Pizza out the longest we could tell them that they had to wait was 20 minutes and it better be done by then! We have given them multiple chances to improve because the pizza is actually quite good, but not to wait an hour to an hour and a half when nobody was in the store. And why were both people in the kitchen allowed to take break at the same time? I would definitely be contacting corporate I am not happy do better Casey’s. I’d like to add two that I have been in there multiple times in the afternoon just to get a slice of pizza for my elderly sister and there’s never food in the warmer and when I ask if pizza is coming out for the warmer they would tell me not in the next hour. When I worked there and Sonya Tharpe was manager you best be sure that the pizza in the warmer was fresh and there was plenty of it

Many years ago, I worked for Casey’s and always loved their pizza. We were in Dresden visiting family and decided pizza sounded good. We ordered the supreme pizza. It was hot and fresh and one of the better pizzas we have had. The ladies went out of their way to provide great service. Will stop in whenever we are in town.

I gave it one star because it is the lowest allowable rating. I have given this place multiple chances and decided I will not return. I went in this evening and had to wait at the register until the staff finished up their conversation back in the kitchen. While checking out I attempted to use the card reader twice and was told very rudely to use the chip reader that my card was literally hanging out of. The pizza was dry and awful again. Service was poor. I normally go to Martin and Union City Casey’s due to these issues because they are friendly and fast. I would not recommend.

The store inside is always bright, clean, and inviting. Personnel is almost always pleasant. Their pizza is among the best! BTW, Dear Casey’s, please bring back the chicken artichoke. That one’s a home run!

Come on Caseys! Again i had to go into the store to get my receipt. Pay at the pump is for convenience – IT’S NOT CONVENIENT IF I HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP INSIDE TO GET MY RECEIPT.
