I have been dining here for over a decade. It started with free spaghetti for my kids when they were toddlers. We always come for the spaghetti or baked pasta dishes honestly because that’s what we like here everything else is pretty bland. In my opinion the pizza is OK just not the style of pizza I prefer but I see from the reviews a lot of other people enjoy it so that’s great. That being said I have brought people here before that I absolutely hated the spaghetti sauce and I’m not sure why bc and my family love it. I do have a decade old question for the owners, though I have always wondered why the sauce is brown and not red? Are you guys using different color tomatoes possibly to reduce acidity or are you adding some thing else to the sauce like, maybe eggplant? I have always been curious, so I figured I would ask. My order of cheese bread today looks like it was old and had been sitting around for a while. Usually the cheese bread is on point and fresh looking and fluffy. I’m pretty sure today I may have been giving someone else’s order that wasn’t picked up or they change their mind on it or something because it definitely looked old. But it’s ok we will still be back this is the first time something like this has ever happened. Usually everything is fresh and perfect.

Holy heck this place makes amazing pizzas!!!! I ordered a vegetarian pizza, small. Where I am from in Africa our large pizzas are as big as Cascades small pizzas! So that’s amazing. You get a good portion of food and the taste is amazing. The waiter was friendly and we didn’t wait long for our food. We will definitely be back!

I think this is a favorite for regulars in Bellingham. Lots of parking and a cool vintage neon sign on the building. The interior is dated but clean. A very friendly and welcoming server asked us to seat ourselves and quickly came with a menu. We ordered a couple of nice beers on tap, a small Cascade Pizza, and two side salads. Crunchy green salad with fresh mozzarella on top. The star of the show was the pizza. It is absolutely incredible and flavorful. Just what you hope pizza would be and served piping hot.

We’re ordered out. It’s was ready in 15 minutes and hot. There was enough pasta in my dinner too share some with another and then have it for lunch the next day! Very good traditional Italian food. Good fresh dinner salad. Polite employees. Cutlery for take out. All great from this well established Italian cuisine restaurant right in the fountain district of Bellingham! You will not be disappointed!

Did take out this visit. Staff is very friendly and prompt with my order even though I was 5 minutes early. Food is reliably good and authentic with many tasty Italian options. Side salad is served with ample mozzarella- so good!

Tonight was me and my cousins family first time at Cascade Pizza. The food was amazing, we had half sausage, half pepperoni pizza (the sausage is Chicago Style Sausage, which is the best) fettuccine Alfredo, and the cheese bread. The owner came to our table after we ate, we had an amazing talk with him. We are all from Chicago, and know some of the same people. We are going to make this a Monday night tradition for our family. Thank you for everything!

What a lovely FAMILY run establishment 🙂 Watching the “flow” of the owners and staff working the orders / customers / phones etc. was a pleasure to watch while I waited for our take-out. We just moved into the Bellingham area recently (we live in Fairhaven) and have only eaten at Cascade twice, BOTH times were exceptional. My wife is from Minnesota so we brought some of her mid-west “quirks” along the way and have our “pies” cut CHICAGO Style, or some would call it PARTY CUT, OR maybe TAVERN CUT, we call if MinnesoTAN CUT (or pizza nuggets), call it what you will, it makes for easier portioning and if you don’t want crust, now you have the choice! And for those who say that a pizza cut into squares leave the middle ones soggy, GARBAGE I say, these are the best bits and worth a struggle over! No matter what you call it, the pizza @ Cascade is tasty and very well made. We have two choices for pizza in Bellingham (and in our minds ONLY these two!), Cascade of course for your traditional style and OVN (located in Fairhaven) for a more Neapolitan Inspired pizza. Either way you can’t go wrong! ENJOY!

I got their Italian sausage and pepperoni lasagna. It was mediocre at best. The sauce tased like they put cinnamon in it. Major turn-off. The salad we got was gloomy. This place is okay if there is nothing else to do, but I cook better stuff at home, and it’s cheaper.
