I’m not gonna leave a 1 star review because I really do enjoy the food here, and I also work in sales/service so I know how much a businesses reviews affect the well being of the establishment. I consider myself a reasonable guy and I generally give people the benefit of the doubt to a fault. My wife and I come here all the time because we’re right in the neighborhood and it’s convenient and the food just so happens to be decent.

Casapullas North needs adult supervision. The last several times my wife and I have ordered from there the order is usually wrong. But this time was the worst. I asked for Italian hoagie, and they put Mayo on it, but that wasn’t the worst part the mayonnaise tasted like tunafish. YUCK!!!! obviously they’re contaminating their mayo when they mix it in tunafish. I could not eat the sandwich I had to throw it away.. very disappointed. I was a long time customer I think I’m done with them for a while.

Purchased six subs (different varieties) and three big bags of chips on Tuesday April 25 from the Casapulla’s North site. Everything was made and ready when I arrived. Two of the subs(chicken salad and tuna) were supposed to include Lettuce, Tomato and Onions as I ordered over the phone. Those items were missing on both subs. Then, today 4/26, I went to eat the other half of my favorite Casapulla’s selection – Italian sub, and found a long women’s long hair in the middle of the sandwich. Had to throw it out after spending $79.00-not good. Unfortunately I have never had issues like this with Casapulla’s after all these years! Very disappointed. I hope this is not a trend!!!

Absolutely nothing special. Rude on the phone when you order, rude when you pick it up. Not a single person in this place knows how to treat customers OR make a sandwich. Save yourself the aggravation, and just hit the grocery store for some boars head and a roll.

Place is small and unimpressive. Went in to get take out. But let me tell you what great sandwiches they have! Got a cheesesteak and also jalapeño poppers. Everything was great. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and we had a great experience! Will definitely be back!

absolute worst service I’ve ever received they put my fries in a fryer that wasn’t on and let them soak in oil for half an hour before that oil got hot my cheesesteaks look like a 2-year-old made them I don’t recommend this place to anyone I probably wouldn’t even give this food to my dog that’s how bad it was

This is a great little spot for authentic cheese steaks! High quality ingredients and generous portions- so goooood. I’m a Wilmington native but no longer live in the area, I miss my REAL subs so much!!!! This place nails it, and I stop by whenever possible.

They have good solid subs/hoagies and decent rolls The only complaint is really not a complaint but what I’m used to is thinly sliced meats like Delaware County PA and Philly I think that it’s a Delaware thing as all Delaware sub shops have thick cut meats
