Sorry to say that I will never go back. Not going to lie the service is good but the food is not. I ordered the tacos al carbon and not sure what they gave me . Ordered the quesadil combo for my son and it looks like they gave me a kid’s quesadilla. I ordered a Mexican shrimp cocktail and it only had like 5 shrimp in a 32oz cup with red liquid. No flavor on the food . It’s sad to say that they are way over priced.

Came in for the first time since I had a free entree coupon, really mixed feelings about this place. Kids menu prices are almost double what it shows online, so for 9.99 we recieved some overcooked nuggets and fries. I ordered a burrito which was actually pretty good, pork was tender and had a lot of flavor. Ordered a side of green chili ($1 on the menu for a side with my burrito) was charged 2.99, and it wasn’t good. Chili was watery and pork was fatty, so that was a waste of money. I may come back on a day when kids eat free, but basically everything but my burrito was not worth the price. My suggestion is to get rid of one of the locations and focus more on food quality and fair pricing.

Our second visit to Casa Mata was even better than the first. We love it when the chips, fresh salsa and cheese covered bean dip arrive at our table as soon as we are seated. Last time we had Chicken Mole and Chicken Fajitas. So good! Today we had Chicken Carnitas and the Stir Fry Chicken (both of us requested all rice/no beans/no sour cream). The Carnitas had an oh-so-perfect sauce and the stir fry was super fresh tasting. The waitress apologized for serving our margaritas in large drink glasses, but we were excited and definitely not complaining because it was a super generous pour and a great drink! Check out the pictures! These are generous lunch portions. Uber clean restaurant, friendly staff, great food and drinks!

Amazing! First time here. Chips and beans and salsa set the tone. Followed by a green Chile smothered chimichanga and the lady had the veggie enchiladas. Super fresh, flavorful, kind staff, and nice environment all at reasonable prices. So happy to have this place in Parker and looking forward to many more meals here.

We dropped in on a whim for a late lunchearly dinner and were pleasantly surprised. I will preface this by saying when we went to the restaurant it wasn’t busy but I don’t think the outcome would be any different. The staff was friendly and our waiter made sure we had a great experience. The chips, salsa, and beans that were brought out before the meal were a great indicator of how good the food was going to be. We ordered one of their margaritas. The sign said they were on special for $5 but when the bill came, they charged me $10, but I was willing to pay the $10, because it was one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. It wasn’t made from a mix and it was very refreshing. We ordered a relleno and a chimichanga. The flavor was spot on and the rice and bean sides were perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem in Parker. Great food, margaritas are the best. The bean dip is addictive. Been here multiple times and had fajitas, mocajete, burritos and enchiladas and not ever disappointed. Much better than My Neighbor Felix and Hacienda. Canceled Hacienda reservation for here. If you live near Castle Rock, Castle Pines or Parker you need to visit. A true hidden gem

Not only did we receive great service and incredible food, as one often gets at a mom and pop place, but also the atmosphere, and decor of the restaurant gave the impression of a national chain, which in Casa Mata is a feather in their cap!
